A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Feb. 28 through March 5 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Kathryn Lassiter, of Flagler Beach, sold 2052 John Anderson Drive to Christian and Sherry Kast, of Palmyra, Indiana, for $600,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat lift and 2,444 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $250,000.

Ormond Beach

Henry Hoffman, of Flagler Beach, sold 290 Rodeo Road to Angelo and Rosary Davila, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 3,586 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $400,000.

Jason and Portia Patrick, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Standish Drive to Joseph and Margaret Scalise, of Bradenton, for $319,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,131 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $284,000.

Ronald and Michelle Dexter, of Ormond Beach, sold 700 Timothy St. to Belair Classic Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a barn and 1,870 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 7 Walnut Court to Wesley Fouts, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1987, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,238 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $181,300.

Scott and Patricia Steman sold 14 Fernery Trail to Ebenezer Gnanamanickam and Jessica Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1989, the house ha s three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,150 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $195,000.

Lucinda Webster, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Live Oak Ave. to Jennifer and Lewis Ellmer, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1952, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces and 1,882 square feet. It sold in 1969 for $17,500.

Three Sisters Properties LLC, of Powell, Ohio, sold 815 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3B, to James and Margaret Jadkowski, of Yonkers, New York, for $222,000. Built in 1969, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $65,900.
