A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Feb. 14 thru Feb. 20 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ronald Godfrey, of Delray Beach, sold 3120 John Anderson Drive to Alexander Regis LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $440,000. Built in 1974, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,797 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $170,000.

 

Ormond Beach

 

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 123 Chrysanthemum Drive to Anh Dang and Ton Huynh, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $265,000.

 

Gary and Nina Leggett, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Aston Circle to 3405 Clemmons LLC, of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for $214,900. Built in 1990, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,942 square feet. Sale includes neighboring lot. It sold in 1998 for $117,000.

 

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC, a Florida company, sold 26 Aston Circle to Thomas Stavoy, of Daytona Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,607 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.

 

James and Katherine MacMonagle, Alison Chronus, Karen Mankin and Bradley MacMonagle, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 710, to Ronald and Sherri Barnes, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $86,400.

 

Joshua and Danielle Sears, of Ormond Beach, sold 1425 Golf Ave. to Ashley Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1993, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,330 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $129,000.

 

Stanley and Patricia Pavlak, of Newton, New Jersey, sold 55 Vining Court, Unit 2220, to Royal Lions Gate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $63,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 930 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $47,500.

 

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 380 Chesham St. to Bernard and Cynthia Stasse, of Ormond Beach, for $359,970. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet. No other sales were listed.

 

Tomoka Oaks

George and Denise Rossi, of Naples, sold 302 Rio Pinar Drive to Nelson Porter, of Ormond Beach, for $264,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $283,000.

 

Trails South 40

Halifax Hospice Inc., of Port Orange, sold 222 Sagebrush Trail to Ellis Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,595 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $89,900.

 

Ormond-by-the-Sea

 

Dennis and Patricia Kuhn, of Canton, Georgia, sold 125 Sandpiper Ridge Drive to Chris Eder, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,580 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $314,000.

 

William and Olinda Eno, of Palm Coast, sold 115 Sand Dunes Drive to Neal Ramage, as trustee, for $249,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,487 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $170,000.

 

Joseph and Karen Cala, of Winter Garden, sold 2250 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 201, to Mark Harmon and Todd Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,010 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $104,500.
