A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of April 19 through April 25 in Ormond Beach. Matthew Banker, of Ormond Beach, sold 2128 John Anderson Drive to Richard and Kathleen Arrich, of Ormond Beach, for $920,000. Built in 1959, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool, gazebo, boat lift and 2,736 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $900,000.

Ormond Beach

Wilhelmina Abbatessa, as guardian, sold 1325 Airport Road to Joshua and Aimee Hudson, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,034 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $1,160,000.

Linda Evans and William Gardner, of DeLand, sold 46 Crystal Circle to Mark and Gail Salzburg, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, boat house, boat dock and 2,154 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $565,000.

Robert Ledbetter, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Dianne Drive to o Jonathan and Karen Merwin, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $193,000.

Paul and Heather Messick, of Ormond Beach, sold 351 Greenwood Ave. to Stephen and Raymond Scullian, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, boat dock and 1,662 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $305,000.

Rusty and Marie Hammer, of Gainesville, sold 912 N. Halifax Drive to Robert and Gayle Brown, of Charlotte, North Carolina, for $188,700. Built in 1948, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,039 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $155,000.

Jack and Kathy Yager, of South Daytona, sold 96 Hollow Branch Crossing to Alan and Nancy Twible, of Ormond Beach, for $187,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,925 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.

LLP Mortgage LLC, of Plano, Texas, sold 618 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Ariel Silverstri, of Ormond Beach, for $181,000. Built in 1972, the house has an apartment, four bedrooms, three baths and 1,719 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $230,000.

Brian Weber, of Ormond Beach, sold 79 Benjamin Drive to Greggory and Angela Sinclair, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,488 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $86,000.

Kennard and Rachel Biggs, of Cleveland, Tennessee, sold 3 Park Meadows Circle to Carolyn Hofmann, of Ormond Beach, for $174,600. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,470 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,000.

Forest Hills

Irma Parr, of Demopolis, Alabama, sold 317 Thackery Road to Benjamin and Robert Kirtley, of Ormond Beach, for $72,900. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 936 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

John and Theresa Taliercio, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 3320 Newbliss Circle to Steven and Laura Fabrizio, of Franklin, Massachusetts, for $210,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,985 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $194,000.

Patrick and Jutta Ross, of Ormond Beach, sold 31 Herringbone Way to Peter Beaudet, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $255,800.

Stephen Stein and Steven Chicurel, of Ormond Beach, sold 57 Timucuan Drive to Douglas Reber, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,569 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $210,000.

Noreen Leary, of Crofton, Maryland, sold 6 Flower Tree Drive to Terry and Grace McKinney, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,879 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $61,900.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1252 Kilkenny Court to Thomas Kuehn Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $206,587. Built in 2015, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet. This was the first sale.

Richard and Michelle Sothen, of San Diego, California, sold 4 Navajo Trail to Cynthia Bailey, of Ormond Beach, for $282,350. Built in 1979, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,820 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $252,450.

Patrice Stoves, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Indian Trail to David and Sophia Geiger, of Ormond Beach, for $156,500. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $250,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Donald and Janet Tedder, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 River Bluff Drive to Dylan and Tanya Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $293,000. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,707 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $51,000.
