House in Hunter's Ridge sells for $385,000

A house in Hunter’s Ridge with a lake view was the top real estate transaction for the week of Oct. 5-11 in Ormond Beach. Ronald and Marlene Kahrer, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Huntsman Look to Andrew and Ida Ethridge, of Ormond Beach, for $385,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, five baths, two fireplaces and 3,603 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $271,300.

ORMOND BEACH

Bank of American, of Simi Valley, California, sold 12 Fox Hollow Drive to Karen LeBlanc, of Burlington, Massachusetts, for $185,000. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,978 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $169,500.

Carolyn Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 802 Lucerne Circle to Ann Jacoby, of Ormond Beach, for $135,500. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $53,000.

Chester Perkowski, of Ormond Beach, sold 315 Mcintosh Road to Samatha Spinale, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,474 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $95,000.

Gerald and Sarah Famiglietti, of Ormond Beach, sold 160 Ponce de Leon Drive to Guillermo Alvarez, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1955, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 879 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $228,900.

Halifax Plantation

Federal National Mortgage Assoc., of Dallas, sold 3037 Glin Circle to Aurora Mercer, of Ormond Beach, for $155,911. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $265,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1052 KilKenny Lane to Charlotte Ray, of Ormond Beach, for $221,300. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,160 square feet. This was the first sale.

Michael and Patricia Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 905 Brookridge Lane to Barry and Kathryn Steinberg, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,621 square feet. No previous qualified sales were listed.

The Trails

Mark Oslizlo, individually and as trustee, and Stephen Gabrilove, individually and as trustee, of South Daytona, sold 7 River Ridge Trail to Lauren and Colin Gray, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,116 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $173,050.

Manuel and Paula Frankel, of Holly Hill, sold 4 Rio Pinar Trail to Daniel and Naomi D'Antonio, of Ormond Beach, for $317,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,956 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $159,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Sandra Ward, of Port Orange, sold 8 Julie Drive to Gary and Kimberly Hallenbeck, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,470 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $309,000.

The Wala and Wala Co. LLC, of Shoreview, Minnesota, sold 175 Coquina Way to Kathryn and Terrell Tucker, of Springdale, Arkansas, for $329,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,357 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $52,000.

Robert McColgan, of Lantana, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Glenn Whitter, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $220,000.

Robert and Elizabeth Stockdale, of St. Charles, Missouri, sold 16 Nina St. to Mark Koczan, of Daytona Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,132 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $62,900.
