A house in Hunter’s Ridge was the top real estate transaction for the week of July 13-19 in Ormond Beach. Michael and Glenda Willits, of Texas, sold 15 Cambridge Trace to Algie and Miriam Hughey-Guy, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a heated swimming pool and 2,984 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $349,500.

ORMOND BEACH

Mohammad and Rana Attaran, of Ormond Beach, sold 85 John Anderson Drive to George Mushrush and Sara Oates, of Oakton, Virginia, for $350,000. Built in 1957, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,364 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $185,000.

Bret and Patricia Sundblad, of Vero Beach, sold 8 Ocean Pines Drive to Steven Bocz, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,104 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $299,900.

Shannon Dey, of Daytona Beach, sold 215 Ocean Terrace to Michael and Vonda Pendlebury, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $308,000.

John and Donna Rohan, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Cypress View Trail to Alina and Jasia Mouline, of Ormond Beach, for $181,500. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.

Randall and Dana Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Fair Oaks Circle to James Murvine and Ann Lee, of Taiwan, for $79,900. Built in 1979, the townhouse has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $93,500.

Ronald Cammarata and Keith Cammarata, of Sayville, New York, sold 613 Robin Road, Unit B, to Lynda Latulip, of Port Orange, for $65,000. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $51,500.

Stanley Sylvain and William Beacham, individually and as trustees, of Provincetown, Massachusetts, sold 1869 Fairland Road to Michael Fanning, of Ormond Beach, for $28,000. Built in 1998, the mobile home has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $1,500.

Breakaway Trails

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of McLean, Virginia, sold 1 Double Branch Way to Paul Holub, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,744 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $421,000.

Coquina Point

Christopher and Kelly Acebal, of Ormond Beach, sold 21 Coquina Point Drive to Cortland and Chrystal Lampe, of Ormond Beach, for $199,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bathrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,055 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $134,500.

Oak Forest

Natalie Dingledine and Robert Schroeder Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 1530 Oak Forest Drive to Gregory and Karina Quintana, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,580 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $285,000.

Plantation Bay

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1072 Kilkenny Lane to Marybeth and Ivan Chvisuk, of Ormond Beach, for $225,452. Built in 2014, the townhome has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,078 square feet. This was the first sale.

ORMOND-BY-THE-SEA

Paul and Margaret Latham, of Key West, sold 26 Rivocean Drive to David and Patricia Allen, of Strongsville, Ohio, for $177,000. Built in 1967, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $137,000.

Leila Britton and Douglas Britton, of Ypsilanti, Michigan, sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 25, to Robert and Laurie Failing, of Sun City Center, for $130,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 608 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $70,500.

Ronald and Candace Christman, of Ormond Beach, sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 23, to Katia Robelo, of Ormond Beach, for $117,500. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $72,500.
