A house with a boat dock on the Halifax River was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of April 3-9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Claude and Michaelle Berthoin, of Ormond Beach, sold 570 John Anderson Drive to Carl, III, and Cheryl Lentz, of Ormond Beach, for $1,015,750. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,039 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1,500,000.
Natalie Hawryluk and Scott Littlefield, of Ormond Beach, sold 211 Country Club Drive to Theresa Sherman, as trustee, for $295,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,772 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.
Michael and Kimberlee Campbell sold 15 Kingsgate Court to William and Nancy Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,065 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $233,690.
John Young, of Bunnell, sold 1203 Parkside Drive to David and Jennifer Tullis, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,725 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $89,500.
Fox/Latimer Holdings LLC, of Gainesville, sold 53 S. Capri Drive to Shawn Jones, of Holly Hill, for $164,900. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,500 square feet. It sold in 1975 for $15,000.
Daniel and Sandra Powell, of Ormond Beach, sold 206 Bay Pines Court to Linda DeBord, of Ormond Beach, for $162,500. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,644 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $125,000.
Mary Stickler, of Ormond Beach, sold 752 N. Beach St. to Sunella International Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,769 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $59,000.
Todd Black, individually and as trustee, sold 84 Magnolia Ave. to Akiva and Barbara Zohar, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,726 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $213,900.

John Junco, of Port Orange, sold 41 Park Place to Jennifer Judd, of Ormond Beach, for $122,000. Built in 1951, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $78,500.
The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee, sold 160 Dix Ave. to Joshua Munson and Tiffany Sieg, of Ormond Beach, for $120,125. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $49,900.
James and Stacey Bright, of Mount Dora, sold 7 Oriole Circle to Robin Donini, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1947, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 535 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $49,000.
