A house built in 1925 was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. David Shipman and Marilee Papale, of Lake County, Illinois, sold 175 John Anderson Drive to Paul and Yoko Katsikos, of Holly Hill, for $415,000. The house was restored in 1960 and has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, detached carriage house with garage and 3,272 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $299,000.

Ormond Beach

Kevin and Janet Connors, of Ormond Beach, sold 769 John Anderson Drive to Jeffrey and Ellen Harrell, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,433 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $155,000.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 65 Apian Way to Ulan Aliev

and Svetlana Klycheva, of Ormond Beach, for $327,700. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,621 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Thomas and Karrie Houlton, of Volusia County, sold 22 Greenvale Drive to Robert and Phuong Ricketts, of Lebanon, Tennessee, for $199,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,551 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Helen Kalogeras, Kalliope Kalogeras and Faye Louras, of Bayside, New York, sold 159 Hamlet Trace to Thomas Cartwright, of Ormond Beach, for $179,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,649 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $133,500.

Eric Evans, of Holly Hill, sold 16 Foxhunter Flat to Richard and Ruth Ann Porter, of Ormond Beach, for $234,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,287 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $43,100.

Ormond Lakes

Maria Helmick, individually and as trustee, sold 9 Coquina Cliff Circle to Pierre Gougeon and Carole Cullen, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,185 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $406,000.

Plantation Bay
