Daytona Beach, sold 8 Ocean View Drive to Elizabeth Young, of Ormond Beach, for $646,200. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 998 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $525,000.
171 Oak Grove LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 171 Oak Grove Drive to Peter and Pamela Jansen, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,141 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $200,000.
Charles and Stacey Johnson, of Deleon Springs, sold 84 Oak Ave. to Brian and Denise Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1976, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,350 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $110,000.
