A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of August 15-21 in the Multiple Listing Service. Timothy and Pamela Frick, of Ormond Beach, sold 1244 Castlehawk Lane to Charles and Anne Lichtigman, of Ormond Beach, for $1,649,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,788 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Charles and Deborah Nichols sold 268 Spreading Oak Lane to Theodore and Rachel Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $497,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,636 square feet.

OP SPE TPA1 LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 5 Katrinas Drive to Theresa Pratt, of The Villages, for $380,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,030 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $283,000.

Jesse Colley, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Chrysanthemum Drive to Deborah and Robert Goodwin, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,052 square feet.

Travis and Bonnie Ford, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Twin River Drive to Cora and Vincent Loxton, of Ormond Beach, for $329,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,972 square feet.

Equity Trust Co., as custodian, sold 221 Arlington Way to Jennifer Bright, Robert Delgado and Jean Delgado, of Ormond Beach, for $299,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,366 square feet.

Tracy Pharris, of Conroe, Texas, sold 561 Woodgrove St. to Ruby and Jeanne Rosenthal, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,515 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $238,000.

Robert and Lucille Jackman, of Ormond Beach, sold 102 Alanwood Drive for $289,000. Built in 1974, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,578 square feet.

Michele Campbell, of Ormond Beach, sold 60 N. Halifax Drive, Unit 1150, to Steven and Jerillyn Vasilaros, of Ponce Inlet, for $280,000. Built in 1984, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,775 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000.

Clara Montesdeoca, of Daytona Beach, sold 45 Tomoka Meadows to Viktor Sviatkin, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2.5 and has 1,434 square feet.

Robert Mills, of Chesterfield, Virginia, sold 60 Vining Court, Unit 1, to Diahann Kramer, of Ormond Beach, for $129,900. Built in 1973, the condo is a 1/1 and has 525 square feet.

Patrick and Michelle Moquin, of Ormond Beach, sold 33 Lake Vista Way to Elliot Hansen III and Krista Mortis, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,286 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $320,000.

Debra Manis, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Black Hickory Way to Robert and Terri Jex, of Palm Coast, for $420,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,929 square feet.

Walter and Erika Jacumin, of Independence, Ohio, sold 4041 Acoma Drive to James and Deborah Gregory, of Ormond Beach, for $770,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 6/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,171 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $390,100.

Teresa Beightel, individually and as trustee, sold 3226 Lienster Circle to John Maurer and Susan Rice-Maurer, of Spring Grove, Illinois, for $429,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,091 square feet.

Jaimini Trivedi and Sonu Seth, of San Antonio, Texas, sold 167 Pergola Place to Valentin Dimtchev and Zoia Serafimova-Dimtcheva, of El Dorado Hills, California, for $350,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,983 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $227,600.

Ronald Devarney and Leslie McDonald, of Manchester, New Hampshire, sold 1237 Hampstead Lane to Herbert and Barbara Kenyon, of Ormond Beach, for $460,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,109 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $287,000.
