Janet Mesri sold 1293 Ocean Shore Blvd. to DMS Cambridge Properties LLC, of Cambridge, Ohio, for $1,125,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a swimming pool, guest house and 2,697 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

John and Lori Galley, of Pittsburgh, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 606, to Ocean Shore LLC, of Hahira, Georgia, for $370,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet.
Leonard and Jennifer Marinaccio, of Ormond Beach, sold 133 Country Club Drive to Russell and Jacqueline Wellmon, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,896 square feet.
Shannon and Shanna Burns sold 913 Northbrook Drive to Ronald and Sandra Hull, as trustees, for $295,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold 2017 for $245,000.
Rojo Investors LLC sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1602, to 12 Winding Creek Way, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $220,000.
Hosea LLC, of Port Orange, sold 11 Brookside Court to Shirley Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,424 square feet.
