A house with 5,967 square feet on the ocean was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1 in the Multiple Listing Service. Clayton Cone and Martin Cone, individually and as trustees, sold 353 S. Atlantic Ave. to Lawrence and Denise Page, of Ponce Inlet, for $1.5 million. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace and swimming pool. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
Maria Gad, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, sold 17 Greenvale Drive to Peggy Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,059 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $232,000.
Stephen Corbett, of Pinecrest, sold 528 Fred Gamble Way to Davie Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,169 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $130,000.
Emily Bausch, of Banner Elk, North Carolina, sold 470 Tomoka Ave. to Willie Ward, of Ormond Beach, for $181,500. Built in 1957, the house has one bedroom, one bath and 1,734 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $135,000.
Patricia Zipay, of West Valley, New York, sold 689 Wellington Station Blvd., Unit 41, to Ron Brynteson and Patricia Bemis, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $175,000.
Plantation Bay
Kristy McGlaughlin, Lynne O’Hearn, Robert McGlaughlin and George McGlaughlin, of Long Branch, New Jersey, sold 1057 Hampstead Lane to Jenifer and Phillip Alexander, of Ormond Beach, for $503,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,644 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $455,000.
John and Christine Prusi sold 1293 Royal Pointe Lane to Gary Price, of Ormond Beach, for $383,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,093 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $238,900.
John Moffett and Lesley Castellano, of Delray Beach, sold 1265 Harwick Lane to Anthony and Laurie Kurowski, of Ormond Beach, for $306,500. Built in 2011, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,913 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $266,000.
Esther and Hector Davila sold 732 Aldenham Lane to Onorino and Janet Guerieri, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $201,000.
The Trails
Debra Metzger, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Tomahawk Trail to Jonathan and Karen Booraem, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1979, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,485 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $180,000.
Michelle Copeland, individually and as attorney, sold 12 Birchwood Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,481 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $114,000.
Turbo Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 329 Timberline Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $159,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,788 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $87,500.
Turbo Properties Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Timberline Trail, Unit D, to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $100,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,391 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $75,000.
Ormond-by-the-Sea
Linda Thomas, Steven Dickson and Sheila Rollins, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Sunny Shore Drive to Christopher Hinson and James Edwards, of Neptune Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 972 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $53,000.
Maureen Hamilton, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 310, to Jennifer Gallo and Richard Green, of Ormond Beach, for $118,900. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $99,000.
