A house on the beachside was the top real estate transaction for the week of Jan. 9-15 in Flagler County in the Multiple Listing Service. Cesare and Lydia Spagnuolo, of Flagler Beach, sold 3164 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Manjula Roy, as trustee, for $785,500. Built in 1992, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,618 square feet. Following is a partial list of other transactions for the week.

Condos

Joseph and Jennifer Chaudoin, of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, sold 85 Ocean Crest Way, Unit 612, to James and Linda Fanning, of Altamonte Springs, for $430,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,859 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $525,300.

David Collins and Lindsey Vaughn, of St. Augustine, sold 112 7th St. S., Unit 14, to Scott Evey, of Discovery Bay, California, for $184,500. Built in 1981, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 704 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $149,900.

Cockran Place

Beverly Maitland and Jeanmarie Smith, of Flagler Beach, sold 1105 Central Ave. to Katherine Barber, of Windermere, for $375,000. Built in 1981, the house has five bedrooms, four baths and 2,462 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $205,000.

Grand Reserve and Golf Club

D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville, of St. Johns, sold 35 Sand Wedge Lane to Robert and Rosa Whiston, of Bunnell, for $224,990. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,862 square feet.

Indian Trails

Dorothy Straker, of Daytona Beach, sold 133 Berkshire Lane to Wendolyn Comstock, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 1979, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,434 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $94,000.

Michael Pelger, individually and as representative, sold 16 Bridgehaven Drive to Jack Froonjian, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $165,500.

Matanzas Woods

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 11 Lancelot Drive to Christeen and Michael Haney, of Keystone Heights, for $263,900. Built in 2019, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet.

Isabel Lopes, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Lucas Lane to Amy and Thomas Zinsavage, of Dundalk, Maryland, for $209,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,940 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Palm Coast Plantation

Wayne and Denise Duffy, of Palm Coast, sold 71 Heron Drive to Christine and Joseph Jordan, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 2011, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,655 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Amaral Custom Homes Inc., of Palm Coast, sold 13 Crandon Court to Hugh Ross and Beverly Douglas-Ross, of Boynton Beach, for $436,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,351 square feet.

Dana Syens and Kendall Massing sold 83 Folcroft Lane to Luis Negron, of Clermont, for $167,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,261 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $128,000

Plantation Bay

David and Patricia Ryerkerk, of Daytona Beach, sold 650 Woodbridge Drive to Michael and Rebecca Focht, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,150 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $715,000.

Quail Hollow

Holiday Builders Inc., of Melbourne, sold 18 Zinnia Trail to Chad Griffith and Harmony Lott, of Palm Coast, for $191,990. Built in 2020, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet.

Toscana

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 13 New Leatherwood Drive to Timothy and Janet Sheldrake, of Palm Coast, for $500,000. Built in 2019, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,775 square feet.

Applied Building Development of Orlando P.C. Inc., of Davenport, sold 15 Leatherwood Drive to Vincent and Amy Denino, of Palm Coast, for $440,000. Built in 2018, the house has for bedrooms, three baths and 2,632 square feet.
