House on the river sells for $1.6 million

A house on North Beach Street on the Halifax River was the top transaction for Sept. 9-15 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Alaa Obeid, Moussa Obeid, Dany Obeid and Mohamad Obeid, of Daytona Beach, sold 765 N. Beach St. to Stephen and Mary Gabrilove, of Ormond Beach, for $1.6 million. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 4,707 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $1,375,000. Cynthia and Patrick Connors, of Ormond Beach, sold 115 Chrysanthemum Drive to John and Andrea Carloni, of Ormond Beach, for $279,900. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,343 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $239,000.

John Barnes and Ginette Robert, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Peruvian Lane to Robert and Patti Bowman, of Ormond Beach, for $272,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $185,000.

Jesse and Erena Manis, of Flagler Beach, sold 697 Buena Vista Ave. to Paul and Kathleen Mishuk, of Ormond Beach, for $193,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,000.

Gwendolyn Helmintoller, of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, sold 226 Timberline Trail to Vatche Tavitian and Knarik Tunyan, of Vale, New Jersey, for $158,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,524 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $85,000.

Bill and Loretta Lazarus, of Nashville, Tennessee, sold 33 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Richard Shaw, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1947, the villa has two bedrooms, one bath and 656 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $125,000.

MTGLQ Investors LP, of Houston, sold 114 Camino Circle to CCH Enterprises LLC, of Oklahoma City, for $117,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,199 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $45,600.

Steven Horvath, of South Daytona, sold 386 Hand Ave. to Susan Wardezak, of Ormond Beach, for $132,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 816 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $67,500.

Halifax Plantation

Robert Fulton, individually and as trustee, sold 3759 Carrick Drive to William and Diane Scott, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,978 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $650,000.

Barbara Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold 3218 Connemara Drive to William and Debra Donovan, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,299 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $50,000.

Plantation Bay

Dong Tran and Hao Nguyen, of Ormond Beach, sold 1317 Harwick Lane to Glenton and Susan Griffis, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,151 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $245,000.

Villaggio

Dennis and Janet Bugala, of DeLand, sold 19 Monte Savino Blvd. to Stephen and Janet Wagner, of Vicksburg, Mississippi, for $345,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,834 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $349,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Jeffrey Fuller sold 27 Juniper Drive to Joseph and Darlene Colmone, of Ormond Beach, for $379,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,694 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $137,000.

John and Vicki Smid, of Jacksonville, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3010, to Patrick and Harriette Carney, of Jacksonville, for $305,000. Built in 1989, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $195,000.

Peter and Alison Nynka, of Flagler Beach, sold 4 Sea Dance Terrace to Jeffrey Fuller, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,728 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $239,000.

Todd Anderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 2220 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 303A, to Gary and Toni Osborn, as trustees, for $220,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,066 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $144,500.
