A home near Tomoka State Park was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 27 to July 3 in the Multiple Listing Service. Todd and Clarke Mowl, of Gainesville, sold 116 La Toscana Rotonda to David and Elaine Hoehn, of Ormond Beach, for $999,900. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,447 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Scott and Patricia Steman, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, sold 106 Driftwood Ave. to Lillian Nyborg, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,860 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $228,300.

Edith Wilson sold 851 Marvin Road James Freitag, as trustee, for $399,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,554 square feet.

Cleo and Antony Beaulieu, of Ormond Beach, sold 155 Greenbriar Ave. to Jonathan and Elizabeth Wittig, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,612 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $205,000.

Ormond King Center LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 799 Sterthaus Drive, Unit 503, to Misook Chiles, of Ormond Beach, for $333,600. Built in 2020, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,256 square feet.

Emin Cay, of Ormond Beach, sold 204 Osceola Ave. to Ashly Bright, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1968, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $82,000.

Kathryn McCallum, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 311, to Carol Harmon and Julie Harmon, of Ormond Beach, for $299,900. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $250,000.

Terry Lansaw, Mary McBride, Barbara Radford, Susan Brush, David Lansaw, Donna Medders, Linda Kellar and Dale Tassi sold 51 Sanchez Ave. to D. Benett, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,612 square feet.

Campos Group Holdings Inc. sold 89 Dix Ave. to David and Connie Burton, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1937, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,222 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $109,500.

Vita and Marie Viviani, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Lake Vista Way to Janet Ivanhoe, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,524 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $306,000.

Gordon Samartino, of Port Orange, sold 396 Chesham St. to Sidney Oliver Jr. and Brenda Thompson, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,506 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $381,000.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 1322 Bangor Drive to James and Karen Greaney, of Ormond Beach, for $304,161. Built in 2021, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,721 square feet.

Eugene and Samantha Crouch, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Dormer Drive to Kella Bueno, of Framingham, Massachusetts, for $400,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,733 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $307,900.

George and Barbara Brown, of Searcy, Arizona, sold 47 Hunt Master Court to Lisa Benitez and Caroline Kasotakis, of Ormond Beach, for $336,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,024 square feet.

Charles Pues, individually and as trustee, sold 1065 Hampstead Lane to Miguel and Amber Vazquez, of Ormond Beach, for $610,000. Built in 2001, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,664 square feet.

Joyce and Stonie Jones, of Charleston, West Virginia, sold 1253 Harwick Lane to William Reaves, of Ormond Beach, for $422,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,422 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $268,219.
