A riverfront home was the top real estate transaction for the week of May 4-10. Michael and Pamela Harper, of Ormond Beach, sold 2800 John Anderson Drive to Carolyn Blanford, trustee, of Ormond Beach, for $610,000. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock, boat lift, three-car garage and 2,480 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $590,000.

Patricia Carico, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Pine Creek Court to Marjorie Ann Cutsinger, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,932 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $190,000.
Henry and Heather Price, ofDaytona Beach, sold 75Sylvania Place to Patricia Carico, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 875 square feet. It sold in 1999
for $50,000.
Melinda Hennessy, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 704 River Oak Drive to Julie Cross, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,919 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $110,000.
Roger and Sol Weston, of Ormond Beach, sold 454 N. Beach St. to Pecca 48 LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $69,900.
Wade Welch, of Goldsboro, North Carolina, sold 93 N. Capri Drive to Dominick Rosato, of Flushing, New York, for $115,250. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,222 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $76,900.
Lacey Singler, of Ormond Beach, sold 1016 Calle Grande St. for $59,750. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,120 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $74,000.

John and Emma Santoyo, of Sarasota, sold 10 Noblewoods Way to Colin and Linda McIntyre, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1991, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 3,227 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $369,900.
Halifax Plantation
Roy and Lorrie Kenseth, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 1451 Hohe Lane to David and Carey Verzi, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 2,813 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $362,000.
Hidden Hills
Mark and Linda Hodgson, of Ormond Beach, sold 70 Nightingale Lane to Luis and Cynthia Carrion, of Melrose, for $230,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,908 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $159,000.
Plantation Bay
CP and HG Residential Lots, of Daytona Beach, sold 513 Chelsea Place Ave. to William Lauer, of Ormond Beach, for $247,435. Built in 2014, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,873 square feet. This was the first sale.
The Trail
Jas Land Holdings I LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 27 Rio Pinar Trail to Jason McNally and Cheryl Kohen, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, six baths, a fireplace and 2,218 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $269,000.
John Middlebrook and Marcia Jensen-Middlebrook, of Missoula, Montana, sold 6 Mimosa Trail to Lourdes and Emmitt McLean, of Ormond Beach, for $129,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,646 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $165,000.
Kristy and Nicholas Persico, of Port Orange, sold 4 Timberline Trail, Unit A, to Edna Weeks, of Ormond Beach, for $64,000. Built in 1977, the villa has one bedroom, two baths and 1,260 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $52,000.

William Jackson and Christina Jackson, of Ormond Beach, sold 121 Coquina Key Drive to David and Lavonne Wells, of Ormond Beach, for $307,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,633 squar2 feet. It sold in 2003 for $409,000.
Daniel and Margaret Mason, of Lady Lake, sold 2450 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 1, to Teresa Richardson and Kimberly Lee, of Jacksonville, for $89,005. Built in 1987, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 705 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $50,900.
