Kitty Hairfield, of Ormond Beach, sold 3090 John Anderson Drive to Michael and Bambi Pro, of Ormond Beach, for $700,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house, seawall, boat lift and 2,318 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $372,000.

Ruth Martin, individually and as trustee, sold 195 S. Halifax Drive to Alf Elder, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1950, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,099 square feet. It sold in 1968 for $32,000.

Keith and Lauren Yarnell, of Las Vegas, sold 84 Wilmette Ave. to Christopher and Stephanie Heaven, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1925, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,475 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $65,000.
