A house with a boat dock was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 3 through May 9 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Oscar and Carol Carbonell, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Broadriver Road to Bradley and Leigh Giles, of Ormond Beach, for $780,000. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat house and 4,033 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $114,900.

Ormond Beach

Paul and Joseph Holub, and Bryan Shaffer, of Volusia County, sold 1260 John Anderson Drive to Len and Melanie Moser, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,676 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $81,500.

KACS Acquisitions, LLC, a Florida company, sold 70 Appaloosa Lane to Steven and Karen Cornwell, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,569 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $200,000.

Joan Ortolani, of Ormond Beach, sold 520 Scott Drive to Elizabeth Smith and Agostino Anania, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 1995, the house has five bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,528 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Matthew Elston, of Ormond Beach, sold 191 Ellicott Drive to John and Marita Kelly, of Boca Raton, for $237,500. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,790 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $265,000.

Richard Fornell, Ashley Daliessio and Lindsey Ford, of Holly Hill, sold 365 S. Atlantic Ave. to Matthew and Kathy Slaven, of Deltona, for $212,000. Built in 1982, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $123,500.

Dorothy Gilbert, of Juno Beach, and Wilhelmina Gwynn, of Greenbelt, Maryland, sold 915 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 601, to Eric Morrisette, of West Haven, Connecticut, for $210,000. Built in 1972, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $206,700.

12 Edgewood Way LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Edgewood Way to Carol Adams and Frank Embrey, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1983, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,448 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $149,900.

Joseph Sanfilippo Jr., of South Daytona, sold 88 Harvard Drive to Maginess and Erin Dowling, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, two fireplaces and 1,914 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $300,000.

Donald and Susan Vaughn, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Dolphin Ave. to Gregg and Yvonne Arentz, of Westcliff, Colorado, for $160,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 812 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $125,000.

Leonard and Irma Pickering, of Ormond Beach, sold 120 Bosarvey Drive to Richard Hill, of Ormond Beach, for $127,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,119 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Jefferson and Susan Lilley, of Ormond Beach, sold 1202 Overbrook Drive to Charlie Duh, of Ormond Beach, for $86,600. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,754 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $105,000.

Michael Delligatti and Michael Beckman, individually and as trustees, sold 3 Pine Hollow Way to Chad and Kathy Parsons, of Ormond Beach, for $382,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,073 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $393,100.

Edward Snyder, of Ormond Beach, sold 204 Timberline Trail to G. Michael and Stacia Pilcher, of Bristol, Tennessee, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $85,000.
