A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Oct. 17-23 in the Multiple Listing Service. National Residential Nominee Services Inc., of Frisco, Texas, sold 2 Spanish Pine Way to Timothy and Kristen Foli, of Ormond Beach, for $875,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 5/4 and has a swimming pool and 3,811 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $670,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Patrick and Stacey Opalewski, of Ormond Beach, sold 1532 Poplar Drive to Matthew and Kara Pepito, of Ormond Beach, for $639,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,322 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $247,000.

Frank and Rosemary Wedgeworth, of Tarpon Springs, sold 1204 Overbrook Drive to Jeanne and Paul Vennard, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $179,500.

Susan Winkler, of Ormond Beach, sold 147 Hernandez Ave. to Cathy and Justin Wenzel, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,088 square feet.

Brendon and Maria Doran, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Aaron Circle to Robert and Koko Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $309,900. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,389 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $208,000.

Donald and Paula Seebold, of Northumberland, Pennsylvania, sold 115 Bonita Place to Rosemary Munoz, of Ormond Beach, for $268,000. Built in 1966, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 1,320 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $145,000.

Kirk Jackson, of White Springs, sold 5 Aaron Circle to Richard and Linda Sinsabaugh, and MaryAnn Woods, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,511 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $95,000.

Jason Harwood and Keith Harwood, of Ormond Beach, sold 217 Forest Hills Blvd. to Cheyenne Taylor and Stephen Bichay, of Ormond Beach, for $240,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $124,900.

Linda Rathman, of Port Orange, sold 330 Greenwood Ave. to CGPP Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,050 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $133,500.

Russell and Sheri Malo, and Claudia Malo sold 312 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Nickolas and Michelle Johnson, of Holliston, Massachusetts, for $178,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,013 square feet.

Robert Esslinger, of DeLand, sold 20 S. Orchard St. to Brian Picciolo, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1947, the house is a 3/2 and has 946 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $87,900.

Ruby Carroll sold 1957 Carolina Ave. to Steven and Cynthia Tait, of Delancey, New York, for $167,500. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 728 square feet.

Warren and Melanie Selig sold 1329 Wicklow Lane to Jeffery and Lori Barbieri, as trustees, for $425,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,484 square feet.

Timothy and Amy Scritchfield, individually and as trustees, sold 39 Flowertree Drive to Kimpel Enterprises LLC, of Roseville, California, for $579,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,784 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $400,000.

Lorraine Young, of Mount Airy, North Carolina, sold 232 Deer Lake Circle to Pamela and Steven Poffenberger, of Hagerstown, Maryland, for $265,000. Built in 1987, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,857 square feet.

Matthew and Courtney Pommrehn, of Deltona, sold 5 Marjorie Trail to Brian Walker, of Ormond Beach, for $294,900. Built in 1987, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,822 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $177,000.

Richard and Valerie Boera, of Ormond Beach, sold 3545 John Anderson Drive to Derek Donlan and Trina Conquest, of Ormond Beach, for $624,900. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,194 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $430,000.

New Spring Resources LLC sold 150 Holland Road to Jenny Umberger, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 2/1 and has 701 square feet.
