House with dock on a river tops the real estate sales list in Ormond Beach

A Riverside Drive home was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 13-19 in the Multiple Listing Service. Malcolm Smith, as trustee, sold 362 Riverside Drive to Marianne and Ryan Allen, of Ormond Beach, for $1.19 million. Built in 1969, the house is a 4/3 and has two fireplaces, boat dock, boat house and 3,724 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $205,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Richard and Karrie Harman sold 452 Triton Road to David and Tracey Ginocchetti, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $410,000.

Carole Garmany sold 513 N. Halifax Drive to Heather Wentworth, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,671 square feet.

Eugene Pelletier and Patricia Duffy, of Liverpool, New York, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 706, to Philip and Katherine Kothayer, of Ocala, for $290,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $275,000.

Joe and Ashley Wooden, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Ormond Shores Drive to Kimberly Farrell and Anthony Lambert, of Ormond Beach, for $289,000. Built in 1927, the house is a 2/1 and has a fireplace and 1,352 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000.

Allen and Bonnie Hudson sold 520 S. Center St. to Kevin Mahoney, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $102,600.

Christine Belter, of Hamburg, New York, sold 140 Pinion Circle to Christopher and Courtney Hatton, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,604 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $62,700.

U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 29 Laurel Oaks Circle to Justin Brooks, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,428 square feet. It sold in January for $120,100.

Jose Barreiro sold 11 Ponce de Leon Drive to Michael Berman, of Cayce, South Carolina, for $210,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,085 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $85,000.

John Diehl Jr., Jeffrey Diehl, David Diehl, Phyllis LeVeille and Tohnya Baer sold 20 Castle Manor Drive to Bridgette Lindsey, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1981, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,736 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $53,200.

Halifax Plantation

Nicholas and Kileigh Smith, of Manhattan Beach, California, sold 3904 Tano Drive to Ronald and Laura Zak, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1987, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,012 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $257,000.

Scott, Jeffrey, Darren and David Bardell, of Allen Park, Michigan, sold 3416 Saltee Circle to Marvin and Cheryl Asbell, of Heathrow, for $301,000. Built in 2007, the house is a 4/3 and has 1,353 square feet.

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3181 Bailey Ann Drive to Joan Paulus, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,659 square feet.

Barry and Roni Weiss, of Gainesville, sold 3908 Cree Drive to Edward and Jean Brown, of Ormond Beach, for $280,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,507 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Mary Middleton, individually and as trustee, sold 35 Hunt Master Court to Andrew and Rachel Dalton, of Ormond Beach, for $328,750. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,389 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $290,000.

Ormond Lakes

Glen and Marilyn Koll, of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, sold 33 Sherrington Drive to Michael Monroe, of Ormond Beach, for $270,001. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,070 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $259,000.

Plantation Bay

Joseph and Ashley Fortuna, of Ormond Beach, sold 1289 Harwick Lane to Timothy and Lauren Harbuck, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,883 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $275,000.

Reflections Drive

IRD Investments LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 21 Old Macon Drive to Scott and Teresa Siewert, of Ormond Beach, for $354,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 4/4 and has 2,608 square feet. It sold in May for $157,429.

Tomoka Oaks

Jennifer and David Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Oakmont Circle to Christopher and Leah Washington, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,164 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $349,900.

Tymber Creek

Leslie Whitmer, individually and as trustee, sold 222 Briarfield Court to William Floyd, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,755 square feet. It sold in 1986 for $75,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Robert and Linda Moore, of Huntsville, Alabama, sold 1295 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 304, to Elena Dhabuwala, of The Villages, for $332,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $234,900.

Bernhard and Enelda Kwetkus, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Longwood Drive to Michael Bucca, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 942 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $177,000.

Victoria Robeson, of Titusville, sold 55 Palmetto Drive to Dante Bramblett and Ricky Winn, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 700 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $180,500.

Allen Peters sold 2850 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 19, to James Bierilo of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $131,000.
