A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Michael and Elizabeth Saxon, of Savannah, Georgia, sold 6 Sandy Beach Drive to Greg and Gwyn Boughey, of Ormond Beach, for $572,500. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,187 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $172,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Desiderata and Giovanna Triani, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Ormond Shores Drive to Nancy Perdue and Joshua Perdue, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1981, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace and 2,371 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $260,000.

Peggy Law, of Ormond Beach, sold 180 Ellicott Drive to John Fratus and Thomas Thorsky, of Medina, Ohio, for $305,000. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,002 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $83,000.

Robert and Charlotte Allen, of Daytona Beach, sold 31 Lincoln Ave. to Edward and Jennifer Dimayuga, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1895, the historic house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,646 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $130,000.

OfferPad LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 816 Lindenwood Circle to Susan Fletcher, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,718 square feet. It sold in October for $211,100.

Joan Christman, of Ormond Beach, sold 918 Northbrook Drive to Ginette Fortier, Tony Pittman and Jennifer Brace for $229,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,526 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $54,000.

Halifax Plantation

Suzanne Harbin, of Charleston, South Carolina, sold 3219 Galty Circle to Leonard Lukowski and Gerald Klaft, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $209,900.

Hunter’s Ridge

Tyler Dean, individually and as trustee, sold 49 Canterbury Woods to Basil Baker, of Brooklyn, for $339,900. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,371 square feet. It sold in July for $218,700.

Ormond Lakes

Joan Kendzior, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Blockhouse Court to William and Joann Maffeo, of Clinton, Connecticut, for $273,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,912 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $144,375.

Reflections Village

Cheryl Beece, of Palmetto, sold 29 Reflections Village Drive to Vernon Thurman II, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1998, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,471 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $192,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Barry and Joanne Zinn sold 45 Oakmont Circle to Erin and Taylor Creedon, of Ormond Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,146 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $309,000.

Edward and Jennifer Dimayuga, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Oakmont Circle to Lauren Riegner, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,666 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $207,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Franklin and Alicia Dana, of Richmond, Virginia, sold 3685 John Anderson Drive to Amy Beals, of Ormond Beach, for $500,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,593 square feet.

Robert Reese, as guardian, sold 2411 John Anderson Drive to Frank Schaub and Janet Patterson-Schaub, of Ormond Beach, for $486,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,614 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $103,000.

Raymond and Cherie Lopez, of Orlando, sold 1903 John Anderson Drive to Gary Armstrong, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1960, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,619 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $368,000.

Robert and Christie O’Brien, of Ormond Beach, sold 117 Ocean Grove Drive to Johnny Dutra Jr. and John Sutton, of San Diego, for $326,500. Built in 1963, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,661 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $296,000.

Anthony and Mirella Carulli, of Davie, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3050, to Boyd Lindsley and Michael Farmer, of Oviedo, for $236,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $216,000.

Patsy Morgan, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, sold 48 Ocean Crest Drive to John Talley and Leslie McCullough, of Ormond Beach, for $227,000. Built in 1972, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $65,000.

Eric and Heather Garvey sold 60 Ocean Shore Drive to Floyd Marsh, of Pompano Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $67,000.

Cynthia McLean and Donna Wilkinson, of Raymond, Maine, sold 122 Lynnhurst Drive to Mary Soiland, of Ormond Beach, for $166,500. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 848 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $60,000.

Dorothy Carroll, of Lawrence, Ohio, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 306, to Theresa Rinko, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1974, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 837 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $74,000.

Victor Gallego and Clara Giraldo, of Elmhurst, New York, sold 1435 John Anderson Drive to Egeneto Investments LLC, of Flagler Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $60,000.
