Hunter’s Ridge house tops the sales list in Ormond Beach

A house in Hunter’s Ridge was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Nov. 8-14 in the Multiple Listing Service. Fretwell Construction Co., of Daytona Beach, sold 116 Briargate Look to Milton and Sandra Mosher, of Ormond Beach, for $590,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,650 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Karl and Cynthia Pond, of Asheville, North Carolina, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 5060, to Dale and Tracy Myers, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 3/2 and has 1,824 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $400,000.

James and Sharon Jabluszewski sold 14 Caladium Drive to David and Marguerite Blake, of Ormond Beach, for $336,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,919 square feet.

Mark and Jennifer Haack, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Katrinas Drive to Brett and Patricia Thompson, of Omaha, Nebraska, for $296,500. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,937 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $176,000.

Darcie Nethery, of Rockford, Illinois, sold 23 Alanwood Drive to Harold LeRoy Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $274,900. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,486 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $58,000.

Boyd Linville sold 43 Twin River Drive to Patrick and Mary McVinney, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 2,760 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $310,000.

Robert Reid, Maryann Annunziata and Ronald Reid, of Oakland, California, sold 190 Hernandez Ave. to Marc and Gena Lazich, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $157,000.

Travis and Jemelle Saucier, of Ormond Beach, sold 396 Collins St. to Janee and Tristan Davis, of Ormond Beach, for $202,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,381 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $118,000.

Phillip and Kathleen Gabriel, of Palm Coast, sold 335 Tropical Lane to Helena Russell, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,148 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $163,500.

Michael and Caryn Albrecht, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Crescent Lake Way to Cara Culliver, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,656 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $369,000.

Halifax Plantation

Gary and Carol Stafford, of Ormond Beach, sold 3100 Acoma Drive to Diana Bragg, of Cumming, Georgia, for $438,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $395,000.

Dream Finders Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 3285 Bailey Ann Drive to David Livermore, of Ormond Beach, for $305,631.64. Built in 2020, the house is a 2/2 and has 2,338 square feet.

Joseph Donnino Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 3224 Galty Circle to James and Meredith Betlach, of Victoria, Minnesota, for $268,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $330,000.

CJ MAK MK LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 80 Lakebluff Drive to Michael and Lisa Reynolds, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,763 square feet.

Scott and Delena McCarthy, of Melbourne, sold 18 Indianhead Drive to Jason and Pamela Bukowski, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,435 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $295,000.

Plantation Bay

Matthew Cabral, of Daytona Beach, sold 726 Aldenham Lane to Casey Roskelly, of Ormond Beach, for $249,000. Built in 2017, the townhouse is a 3/3 and has 2,086 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $235,000.

Dale Janovsky and Richard Janovsky, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Sandalwood Lane to Robert and Jaubrie Roeck, of Ormond Beach, for $374,900. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 2,004 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $179,000.

Richard and Betty Bohr, of Edgewater, sold 12 Big Buck Trail to Charles and Amelia Mecklem, as trustees, for $236,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 2,698 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $97,900.

James and Mary Wulf sold 3023 John Anderson Drive to David and Valerie Ruddock, of Columbus, Ohio, for $365,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,729 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $259,000.

Kenneth and Eileen Andrews, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Briggs Drive to Amy Kittrell, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,224 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $167,800.

Steven Collins, of Davie, sold 24 Tarpon Ave. to Skylar Sweatt and Dawn Sweatt, of Ormond Beach, for $303,000. Built in 1976, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,590 square feet. It sold in 1976 for $45,500.
