A house west of the interstate was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Dec. 20-26 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Blake and Elizabeth Thomas, of Daytona Beach, sold 32 Indian Springs Drive to Mark and Mara Chastain, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2002, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two fireplaces, and swimming pool and 3,818 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

Glen and Yolanda Lefeber, of Ormond Beach, sold 232 Riverbend Road to David Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,871 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Jennifer Roberson, Grace McGoey and Albert Venezia, of Volusia County, sold 123 Ormond Shores Drive to Lori Plimpton, of Ormond Beach, for $184,500. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,698 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $27,000.

Claire Gerard and Camille Ingham, of Ormond Beach, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1603, to Robert Tango and Tracey Wight, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $86,000.

Keith and LeAnne Lutz, of Ormond Beach, sold 157 Longwood Drive to Jodi and Alan Beard, of Chesterfield, Virginia, for $178,500. Built in 1962, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,287 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $146,000.

George and Patricia Pate, of DeLand, sold 462 Division Ave. to Anthony and Lisa Ceribelli, of Ormond Beach, for $177,500. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $151,000.

Kenneth and Christopher Asaro and Susan Borden, of Gainesville, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 1404, to Ofer Sharon, of Ormond Beach, for $165,500. Built in 1979, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $75,000.

Edward Weiss sold 913 Brookside Drive to Dalton Thyberg and Heather Edmisten, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $99,900.

Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 27 Tomoka Ridge Way to Matthew and Alma Hentzel, of Daytona Beach, for $391,400. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Coquina Point

Mark and Mara Chastain, of Ormond Beach, sold 14 Katrinas Drive to Dominick and Cindy Ferranti, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,110 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $297,500.

Halifax Plantation

Joselyn Gowdy, of Johns Creek, Georgia, sold 3762 Carrick Drive to David Anderson, as trustee, for $275,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,380 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $275,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 3408 Saltee Circle to Clara Barnes, of Flagler Beach, for $269,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,518 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Hunter’s Ridge

Julie Mayer, of Palm Coast, sold 25 Pergola Place to Scott and Caroline Beck, of Deleon Springs, for $195,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,112 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $174,166.

Ormond Lakes

OWB REO LLC, of Austin, sold 63 Lakebluff Drive to Christopher Wise and Kristine Rhymer, of Daytona Beach, for $281,500. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, two half-baths and 3,240 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Plantation Bay

Lori Kezer, of Fairbanks, Alaska, sold 403 Seabrook Road to Lori Crothers, of Ormond Beach, for $239,750. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $181,500.

Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1120 Kilkenny Lane to Zhaojun Chen, of Ormond Beach, for $213,318. Built in 2015, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet. No other sales were listed.
