John Anderson Drive home tops the sales list

A house on the beachside was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of Sept. 6-12 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Catherine Raynor, of Ormond Beach, sold 929 John Anderson Drive to David and Shannon Ponitz, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,888 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $355,000.

Ormond Beach

Gerald and Beverly Hudson, of Marietta, Georgia, sold 95 E. Ocean Terrace to Daniel Flores, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $360,000.

Randall and Dana Smith, of Ormond Beach, sold 141 E. Woodhaven Circle to Stacy Gibbs, of Ormond Beach, for $274,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,758 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $318,000.

Margaret Downs sold 35 Benjamin Drive to William Kehler and Carol Toscano, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $145,400.

Salvatore and Judith Ronci, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3100, to Daniel and Anna Staab, of Metamora, Illinois, for $160,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,102 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $41,500.

William and Carol Slavin, of Centerreach, New York, sold 201 Orange Grove Drive, Unit 5, to Bianca Weissman, Fabiano da Silva and Fabricio Martinique-Caldas, of Winchester, Massachusetts, for $90,500. Built in 1984, the house has two bedooms, 2.5 baths and 1,316 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $92,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 16 Fair Oaks Circle to Jeffrey LeCates, of Ormond Beach, for $74,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,339 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $53,200.

Breakaway Trails

Daniel and Kay Florio, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Double Branch Trail to Suzette Calabrese, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 1994, the townhouse has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,078 square feet. It sold in April for $306,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 345 Chelsea Place Ave. to David and Dawn Starke, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2015, the house has two baths, two half-baths, a swimming pool and 2,851 square feet. No other sales were listed.

David and Dawn Starke, of Ormond Beach, sold 369 Chelsea Place Ave. to Alan and Suzanne Craik, of Clarence Center, New York, for $235,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,766 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $222,000.

Coquina Point

Steven and Beth Eckman, of Ormond Beach, sold 37 China Moon Drive to Antoine Yacoub, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $219,900.

Rocco Jr. and Tammy Picerno, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 China Moon Drive to Tiffany and Kiley Eldreth, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,803 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $285,000.

Halifax Plantation

Boon and Leh-Ha Chew, of Ormond Beach, sold 1313 Killbricken Circle to William Paterson, Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,707 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $75,000.

Plantation Bay

Keith and Tracy Zumar, of Newport, Rhode Island, sold 1404 Sunningdale Lane to Mark and Pamela Browne, of Saco, Maine, for $253,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,172 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $186,000.

Tomoka Estates

Gale Gulick, of Dade City, sold 232 Coquina Ave. to Tara Hayworth, of Ormond Beach, for $273,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,605 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $200,000 

The Trails

John and Elizabeth Moore, of Ponce Inlet, sold 35 Benjamin Drive to Aaron and Amanda Arrasmith, of Mayslick, Kentucky, for $155,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $158,200.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Mervin and Glenda Meyer, as trustees, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 901, to Richard and Robin Doucett, of Ocklawaha, for $280,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Linda Barber and Laura Richardson, of Longboat Key, sold 31 Silk Oaks Drive to Todd and Michelle McCall, of Daytona Beach, for $188,500. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,476 square feet. No other sales were listed.

William Vendittelli, as personal representative, sold 131 N. Ocean Aire Terrace to Susan Keddy, of Ormond Beach, for $180,125. Built in 1973, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,147 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $45,000.

Fannie Mae Association, of Dallas, sold 37 Oakview Circle to Richard and Mildred Lewis, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,306 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Michael Delligatti, individually and as trustee, sold 1415 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 803, to Bruce Limpitlaw, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1974, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,225 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $304,500.

Alexey Solovyev and Alexandr Ivanov sold 2006 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3, to Janie Alexander, of Ontario, Canada, for $166,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Mortgage Equity Conversion Trust, as co-trustee, sold 3360 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Keith and Catherine Mickel, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,275 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $95,000.
