A house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for March 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Judy Travis, of Ormond Beach, sold 3120 John Anderson Drive to Jessie Lowe Elliot and Jill Lowe Tapia, of Ormond Beach, for $620,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock, a boat lift, a pool and 1,953 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Mary Finn, of Daytona Beach, sold 32 Baywater Court to Lisa Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,435 square feet.
John and Katherine Martin, as trustees, sold 22 Coquina Lake Way to Thurman Gillespy III, John Gillespy, Albert Gillespy, Mark Gillespy and Michelle Gillespy-Goldstein, as co-trustees, for $318,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,125 square feet.
Donald and Patricia Steele, of Ormond Beach, sold 433 Chimney Hill Place to Kamron Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $193,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, to baths and 1,653 square feet.
Todd and Michele McCall, as trustees, sold 65 Seton Trail Unit 17 to Michael Keddy and Patricia Loiselle, of Ormond Beach, for $154,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,080 square feet.
Phillip and Sheila Boucher, as trustees, sold 3 Oscelot Court to Urszula and Michael Witherell, of Adamstown, Maryland, for $410,000. Built in 2004, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,267 square feet.
