A pool home was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of May 31 to June 6 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Glen and Leanne Kaplan, of Palm Coast, sold 289 John Anderson Drive to Michele Ciocchetti, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1963, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,722 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $800,000.

Ormond Beach

John and Judy Gainey, of Ormond Beach, sold 188 Hamlet Trace to Diane Agan, of Ormond Beach, for $257,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,424 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $381,000.

Otha Dixon, of Vidalia, Georgia, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 114, to Thomas and Marie Costigliola, of Ormond Beach, for $247,500. Built in 1971,

the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,020 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $120,000.

Jane and Luke Armbruster, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Mill Run Court to James and Jeanette Settle, of Crescent, for $230,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,388 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $235,000.

Tracy Walsh, as trustee, sold 395 Atlantic Ave., Unit 101, to Ernest Cutillo, Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1982, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,082 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $269,000.

Edward and Tracy Weiss, of Kettle Falls, Washington, sold 74 Caladium Drive to John Molt, of Trafford, Pennsylvania, for $200,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,837 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $150,000.

Belinda Lovell, of Land O’ Lakes, sold 354 Applegate Landing to Kristen LaPointe, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,925 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $115,000.

Steven and Heidi Parris, of Ormond Beach, sold 199 S. Lindenwood Drive to Martin, Deborah and Susan Sarafin, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,038 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $223,000.

William Maroney, as representative, sold 93 Golfview Lane to Lance and Angela Phifer, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1961, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,348 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 27 Arrowhead Circle to AT Assets LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,236 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $90,500.

Phyllis Bond, of Ormond Beach, sold 396 Collins St. to Travis Saucier, of Ormond Beach, for $118,000. Built in 1971, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,381 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Stanley Stockhammer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 133, to Elizabeth Leonard, of Ormond Beach, for $103,250. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $64,000.

Metlife Home Loans, of Coppell, Texas, sold 104 Deep Woods Way to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, for $325,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,639 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $533,000.

Coquina Point

Robert and Debra Robinson, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 5 Katrinas Drive to Xiaoru Yang and Allen Myers, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,030 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $36,900.

Halifax Plantation

Edward Downs and Isabel Sanz, of Los Gatos, California, sold 3436 Saltee Circle to Scott and Gennelle Selis, of Ormond Beach, for $326,000. Built in 2005, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,588 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $77,000.

Dunmore Investors LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3210 Connemara Drive to Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $250,569. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,896 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Anna Antignano and Domenica Antignano, of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, sold 1143 Glengad Run to Dianne Lacroix, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1998, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $120,500.

Tommy and Sarah Clayton, of DeLand, sold 44 Herringbone Way to Steven and Heidi Parris, of Ormond Beach, for $199,900. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,840 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $186,119.

Roger and Carrie Archambault, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Volunteer Lane to Nicolas and Jillian Pona, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,730 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $143,900.

Plantation Bay

Ann Harrington, of Ormond Beach, sold 1268 Harwick Lane to Travis and Andrea Hoy, of Ormond Beach, for $287,900. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,104 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $439,480.
