A pool home on John Anderson Drive topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 4-11. Stewart and Linda Barlow, of the United Kingdom, sold 2235 John Anderson Drive to Roy and Dawn Cales, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1992, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 2,355 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $335,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Thomas and Margaret Allison, of Volusia County, sold 130 Kent Drive to Nelson and Martha Jane Pottmeyer, of Ormond Beach, for $177,500. Built in 1960, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,132 square feet of living area. It sold in June for $193,000.

Alice Walker, of Ormond Beach, sold 619 Arroyo Parkway to Betty Conley, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1969 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,791 square feet of living area.

Cynthia Dutill, of Martinsvilla, Va., sold 1932 Linda Ave. to Roger Doukas and Pamela Hunt, of Ormond Beach, for $51,000. Built in 1971, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,155 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $60,500.

Creekside

Nelson and Martha Pottmeyer, of Volusia County, sold 115 Creek Forest Lane to Alfredo and Laura Moreno, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2009, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,574 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008, prior to a home addition, for $89,900.

Fairwinds Estates

August and Jean Milark, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 Julie Drive to Hussein Fattah and Amany Abou-Eid, for $247,500. Built in 1988 by the sellers, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,468 square feet of living area.

Halifax Plantation

Michael and Tina Ryan, of Northville, Mich., sold 3725 Mayo Circle to Charles and Emily Powell, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 2002, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,999 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $195,000.

Courtney Loebel, of Tampa, sold 1438 Carlow Circle to Vincent and Frances Alongi, for $149,000. Built in 2005 by the seller, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,684 square feet of living area.

Ormond Green

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Coperation, of Carrollton, Texas, sold 30 Greenvale Drive to Erik McDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $144,900. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,593 square feet of living area. It sold in June for $190,200.

Ormond Lakes

Susan Rowley, of Ormond Beach, sold 29 Blockhouse Court to Craig and Mary Wittnebert, of Daytona Beach, for $220,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,255 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $196,000.

Ormond Terrace

Patricia McEwen, of Palm Coast, sold 529 N. Yonge St. to Kenneth and Eileen Andrews, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1963, the home has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 975 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $206,000.

Plantation Bay

Michael and Marsha Latham, of Georgetown, Ky., sold 1241 Crown Pointe Lane to Joseph and Deborah Snelling, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 2004, the home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,637 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $229,500.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Andrew Willhite, of Ormond by the Sea, sold 14 Secrest Drive to Robert and Marcia VanWinkle, of Newbergh, Ind., for $125,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $217,500.
