A pool home on John Anderson Drive topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of June 30 to July 6, in Ormond by the Sea. Jean Fine, of Sanford, sold 1783 John Anderson Drive to Stephen Keen, of Ormond Beach, for $347,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 2,693 square feet of living area on a .5-acre lot. It sold in 2009 for $367,000.

Richard and Marion Irey, of Brevard, N.C., sold 2 Crossings Trail to Charles and Deborah Donahue, of Ormond Beach, for $192,000. Built in 1993, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,850 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $190,000.
William and Grace Morse, of Ponce Inlet, sold 1 Old Macon Drive to Robert and Erin Cope, of Catharpin, Va., for $180,000. Built in 1996, the house has two beds, two baths, a spa and 1,479 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $144,000.
Halifax Plantation
Anne and Scott Darragh, of Ormond Beach, sold 3112 Inishmore Drive to William and Lorraine Lowry, of Navarre, for $245,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, a spa and 2,141 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $218,400.
Tomoka Estates
Clarence Gnau, of Ormond Beach, sold 320 Lowndes Ave. to Jacqlyn Mazza, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1963, the house has three beds, two baths, a wooden deck, a fireplace and 1,189 square feet. It sold last year for $85,000.
Tymber Creek
Patrick Rice and Mary Sanner, of Ormond Beach, sold 399 Windwood Place to Edward Becker, of Ormond Beach, for $197,500. Built in 1990, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,244 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $202,000.

Jean Minisce and Arlynn Swartzman, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Julie Drive to Gerard and Jo-Ann Auger, of Marlborough, Mass., for $254,000. Built in 1991, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and spa, and 1,740 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $165,000.
Joan Bruno, of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Sunset Blvd. to Edward and Florence Fronczek, of Ormond Beach, for $187,500. Built in 1958, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,213 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $151,000.
Mildred Fueker, of Aberdeen, N.J., sold 113 Marlin Drive to Richard Phipps, of Orlando, for $159,900. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,292 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $85,000.
Katerina Palermino, of Palm Coast, sold 118 Longwood Drive to Ian Radan and Maryam Kashi, of Orlando, for $153,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath, a fireplace and 1,076 square feet. It sold last year for $65,000.
Kenneth and Rosemary Parrish, of Delware, Ohio, sold 9 Berkley Road to Berkley Road Properties LLC, of Port Orange, for $102,500. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 754 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $65,000.
