A pool home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of March 21-28, in Ormond Beach. Alexander Smith, on behalf of the Bankruptcy Estate of Dinash K. Yanamadula, of Jacksonville, sold 911 John Anderson Drive to Clement and Kathleen Slade, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1991, the two-story house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fireplaces, an in-ground pool and 4,743 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $1.06 million.

ORMOND BEACH

Nomad Properties Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 108 Fairway Drive to James and Elizabeth Alteri, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1968, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,683 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $199,000.

Pankaj and Trupti Patel, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Queen Ann Court to Richard and Barbara Malkus, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 1993, the house has four beds, two baths and 2,494 square feet. The lot sold in 1991 for $36,00.

Elizabeth Baird, on behalf of the Jack L. Baird & Elizabeth H. Baird Revocable Living Trust, sold 884 Lindenwood Circle to Dennis and Linda Koch, for $155,000. Built in 1975, the house has three beds, two baths, an in-ground pool and 1,672 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $34,500.

Dorothy Schariter, Joseph Schariter, Christy Bivens and Heidi Miller, of Tennessee, sold 107 Pinion Circle to Frederick and Diane Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $109,500. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,486 square feet. The lot sold in 1978 for $49,700.

Lee Ith, of Arvin, Calif., sold 907 Cordova Ave. to Linda Weston, of Ormond Beach, for $98,800. Built in 1966, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,626 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $100,000.

Matthew and Lisa Petit, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Charleston Square to Michael Garner, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,404 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Arthur Plante, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Park Place to Paul and Theresa Nachtigal, of Ormond Beach, for $57,250. Built in 1981, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,477 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $68,500.

Chelsea Place

Todd and Stephanie Mellenberndt, of Ormond Beach, sold 1221 Draycott St. to Laurie Weedo, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, three baths, an in-ground pool and spa, and 2,921 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $573,985.

The Crossings

Harry Albee and Beatrice Albee, on behalf of the Albee Joint Revocable Living Trust, of Holly Hill, sold 17 Cypress View Trail to Henry and Emily Carole, of Ormond Beach, for $154,900. Built in 1988, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,708 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $120,000.

Halifax Plantation

Barbara Sheehan, of Hampton Bays, N.Y., sold 3212 Galty Circle to Stephen and Sally Patrick, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 2004, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,778 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $165,500.

Ormond Heights

Jesse and Timmy Royer, of Ormond Beach, sold 352 S. Orchard St. to Edna Pawlina, of Brewster, Mass., for $105,000. Built in 1965, the house has two beds, one bath and 960 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $98,000.

Plantation Bay

Jose and Elida Vargas, of Ormond Beach, sold 1170 Kilkenny Lane to Robert Smith, of Hortonville, Wis., for $173,900. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,577 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $99,400.

The Trails

U.S. Bank National Association, on behalf of J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust, of Frederick, Md. sold 18 Choctaw Trail to Starr Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 1978, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and 2,496 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $190,000.

Byron and Carol Wade, of Porter, Texas, sold 217 Pine Cone Trail to Lorraine Miklos and Stefanie Henson, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,696 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $244,000.

Christine Becker, of Ormond Beach, sold 254 Timberline Trail to Paul and Theresa Nachtigal, of Ormond Beach, for $64,000. Built in 1980, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $53,400.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Brenda Brotherton, of Palm Coast, sold 19 Sea Island Drive to Rebecca Stravinsky, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1981, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,504 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $155,000.

Richard and Ida Stier, of Port Orange, sold 1506 John Anderson Drive to Shana Prestigiacomo, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,341 square feet. It sold last year for $80,000.

Richard Hollandsworth, of Mineral, Va., sold 4 Friendly Circle to Thomas and Erinn Ganz, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1970, the house has four beds, two baths and 1,552 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $140,000.

Ryland Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Seabreeze Drive to David Graziano, of Hudson, N.H., for $148,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 900 square feet. It sold last year for $70,100.

Van and Terri Brendle, of Ormond Beach, sold 3370 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 302 to William and Beverly Klein, of Waunakee, Wis., for $145,000. Built in 1987, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $200,000.

Abdul and Debra Alkorek, of Port Orange, sold 65 Alamanda Drive to Melissa VanBilliard, of Ormond Beach, for $133,571.43. Built in 1953, the house has three beds, one bath, a fireplace and 942 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $180,000.
