John Anderson house sells for $1.25 million

A house on the river in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top transaction for Oct. 21-27 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Alexandria Remy and David Remey, individually and as trustees, sold 1786 John Anderson Drive to Jason and Melanie Penney, of Ormond Beach, for $1.25 million. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 4,895 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $870,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Colby and Teresa Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 179 Oak Grove St. to Gregory and Kimberly Lindner, of Ormond Beach, for $361,807. Built in 1960, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,947 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $290,000.

Atema Consulting LLC sold 42 Sandcastle Drive to Teresa Monell, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,059 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $349,900.

Richard and Judith Allen, of Orlando, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 304, to Rachel Eyma, of Oviedo, for $308,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $180,000.

Carla Gore sold 128 Diane Drive to John and Marciley Korfant, of Ormond Beach, for $301,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $165,000.

Jeffrey and Katy Steinberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 897 Quail Run to Ryan Truong, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,853 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $179,000.

Bledsoe and Bledsoe, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Bella Vita Way to Cody Hooton, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,804 square feet.

Eduardo Madrigrano sold 88 Valencia Drive to Stephen and Connie Lambert, of Anderson, South Carolina, for $183,000. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,327 square feet. It sold in January for $152,000.

Germaine Bledsoe, of Ormond Beach, sold 50 Magnolia Ave. to Pablo Perez, of Daytona Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,949 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $66,000.

Shirley Sabino, of Port Orange, sold 66 Live Oak Ave. to Frances Atkinson, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1951, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,296 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $53,000.

G. Michael and Stacia Pilcher, of Bristol, Tennessee, sold 204 Timberline Trail to Gladys Ramos and Michael Grasso, of New York, for $154,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $125,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., as trustee, sold 164 Summerhill Court to Adam and Dana Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, for $115,501. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,197 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $191,900.

Valerie Cohern, as representative, sold 1106 Avenue K to Lou and Valerie Guttman, and Shalom Dadon, of Ormond Beach, for $18,000. Built in 1980, the manufactured home has three bedrooms, two baths and 840 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $27,000.

Halifax Plantation

Mary and Opha Kennedy, of East Canton, Ohio, sold 1138 Athlone Way to Kitty Hairfield, as trustee, for $210,0000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $155,000.

Kings Crossing

Werner and Angela Kruck, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Kingsgate Court to Edward and Katherine LaComb, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,075 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $420,000.

Ormond Lakes

CJ MAK MK LLC sold 4 Lakebluff Drive to Charles and Venus LaBounty, of Ormond Beach, for $490,000. Built in 2018, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,721 square feet.

Kevin and Ruth Kelly, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Timucuan Drive to Clinton and Kristina Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $298,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,015 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $235,000.

The Trails

Michael Stagg, of Califon, New Jersey, sold 32 Wildwood Trail to Matthew Conover, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $93,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Charles and Sandra Crichfield, of Ormond Beach, sold 133 Beau Rivage Drive to Teresa Aucella, of Ormond Beach, for $308,250. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $255,000.

Geraldine Westfall, of Ormond Beach, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 511, to Jeffrey and Sandra Richter, of High Springs, for $220,900. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 876 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $159,000.

Ocean Front Investments LLC, of Louisville, Kentucky, sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd, Unit 5070, to Rick and Suzanne Landolfi, of Hampton, New Jersey, for $219,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,057 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $135,000.

Keith and Janice Bailey, of Wayne, New Jersey, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 501, to Edward Mouzon, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1988, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $145,000.

Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as trustee, sold 144 Riverwalk Court to Trevan Blackmer and Connie Richardson, of Minden, Nevada, for $199,900. Built in 1987, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,472 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $335,000.

Phillip Mongelluzzo Sr., of Waterbury, Connecticut, and Christina Mongelluzzo, of Old Saybrook, Connecticut, sold 20 Beechwood Drive to Mary Barber, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 775 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $130,000.
