John Anderson house tops the list at over $1.6 million

A beachside house on the Halifax River was the top real estate transaction for June 24-30 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Robert and Beverly Martin, of Ormond Beach, sold 1910 John Anderson Drive to Allen Coleman and Do Hwang, of Ormond Beach, for $1,618,900. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, two fireplaces, a boat dock and 5,122 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $465,0000.

Ormond Beach

Drew Williams and Maureen Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 55 Wimbledon Court to Jeffrey and Mellisa Innes, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 1977, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,281 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $410,000.

Martin and Patricia Budreski sold 142 Creek Forest Lane to Brian and Lisa Rademacher, of Ormond Beach, for $303,000. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,102 square feet.

Eric and Debra Gill, of Beach Park, Illinois, sold 290 River Vale Lane to Waleed Sultan and Ruth Whitaker, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2015, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,008 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $242,400.

James and Maureen Buskirk sold 91 Riverview Drive to Donald and Lindsey Stickney, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $140,000.

Randolph Webb sold 43 Park Place to Hellenic Properties 3 LLC, of Daytona Beach, for $108,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $79,000.

Lynn Murphy, of Mackinaw City, Michigan, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 13C, to Luis and Diana Moscoso, of Homestead, for $100,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in April for $99,500.

Donald and Toyoko Proctor, of Daytona Beach, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 4120, to Vladimir Evstafiev and Nina Evstafieva, of Ormond Beach, for $81,900. Built In 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $54,000.

Halifax Plantation

Steven and Judith Flegel sold 4006 Dakota Circle to Enzo and Valerie Pistritto, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 2000, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,457 square feet.

Joan Teramana, of Palm Coast, sold 1459 Carlow Circle to Zakariya and Tammy Barzi, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $177,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Timothy and Catherine Root, of Ormond Beach, sold 41 Herringbone Way to Kyle and Sara Strock, of Daytona Beach, for $385,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 3,920 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $320,000.

Oak Forest

Harold and Jennifer Orndorff, of Ormond Beach, sold 1560 Poplar Drive to Rolfe Harvey and Susan Wood, of Maitland, for $274,900. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,098 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $224,500.

Ormond Lakes

D Maier Holdings Inc. sold 3 Old McDuffie Circle to Faith O’Kelley, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,202 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $303,400.

Plantation Bay

Carmine Furci, of Somers, New York, sold 1112 Oxbridge Lane to Peter Tripoli, of Ormond Beach, for $640,000. Built in 2001, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,613 square feet.

SNTR LLC, as trustee, sold 1131 Hansberry Court to William and Margaret Jagger, of Greely, Pennsylvania, for $182,500. Built in 2005, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $256,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Sergio Faenza and Joann Marchese, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 S. St. Andrews Drive to Joshua and Danielle Sears, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1968, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,851 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $175,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Michael and Karen Jones, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 E. Sovereign Lane to Andrea Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,478 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $335,000.

Christopher and Cynthia Donaghy, of Bedford, New Hampshire, sold 33 Dolphin Ave. to Robin Henderson, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 1955, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,826 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $220,000.

Robin Henderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Ocean Crest Drive to Donald Strickland, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,252 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $177,500.

David Alexander, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, sold 16 Sea Hawk Drive to Raymond Royce, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $80,000.

Joe and Sally Spinks, of Lavona, Georgia, sold 2220 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit A-504, to Luc Miller, as trustee, for $220,000. Built in 1981, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,150 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $150,000.

James Todd III, of Laurens, South Carolina, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 406, to Joan Laferriere, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,025 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $315,000.

Clarise Hodges, individually and as trustee, sold 2730 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 305, to Andrew and Karen Nicol, of Orlando, for $186,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 871 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $158,000.

Vincent and Mackenzie Ganz, of Ormond Beach, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 403, to Susan Keel, of High Springs, for $70,000. Built in 1973, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 634 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $70,000.
