Meditation in the Galleries with Alexandrea Tocco

With guided visualizations, give your subconscious plane the chance to awaken, allowing the worries of the physical world to be put to rest. Prepared Childbirth Classes
7 p.m. at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center Medical Office Building, Classroom B, 305 Memorial Medical Pkwy., Daytona Beach. Classes meet every Thursday until Nov. 10. Topics will include labor and delivery, medications, breathing and relaxation techniques, induction and Cesarean section. The cost for the four-week series is $50 per couple.
