Lakefront home sells for $435,000

A lakefront home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 31 to Jan. 7, in Ormond Beach. Mari Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 130 Rodeo Road to Leah O’Brien, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, two patios, a fenced yard and 2,142 square feet of living area. The land sold in 1987 for $24,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Kay and Robert Garrison, of Ormond Beach, sold 1111 Ocean Shore Blvd. No. 4 to Colin and Janet Dodd, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1952, the condo has two beds, two baths and 768 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $55,200.

Fred and Laura Huerkamp, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive No. 516 to Virenda Nyberg, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1995, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $200,000.

Ceil Stewart, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Aqua Vista Drive to Robert Vicari and Tammy Barde-Vicari, of Milford, Pa., for $94,000. Built in 1962, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,124 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $77,500.

Louise Catalanello, of Ormond Beach, sold the lot at 134 S. Capri St. to Azzat Talic, of Hollywood, for $55,900. The .14-acre lot sold in 2011 for $42,000.

Peter Keating, Jr., on behalf of the Estate of Peter Keating, of Ormond Beach, sold 2004 Toni St. to Irene Krallinger, of Ormond Beach, for $14,000. Built in 1975, the house has two beds, one bath and 480 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $40,000.

Magnolia Grove

Sheri Kenney, of Ormond Beach, sold 478 Jeannette Drive to Georgia Morgan, of Ormond Beach, for $60,000. Built in 1954, the house has two beds, one bath and 907 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $178,000.

Mallards Reach

Ratan and Lynn Daboo, of St. Augustine, sold 5 Manderley Lane to Daewon Kim and Sunyoung Baek, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1998, the house has four beds, four baths, a fireplace and 3,815 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $280,000.

Plantation Pines

Robert Buren III, of Chester, Virg., sold 357 Pine Cone Drive to Francis Cresenzi, Jr. and Jessica Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $165,000. Built in 1990, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $133,000.
