Frank and Arlene Ferro, of Ormond Beach, sold 30 Manderley Lane to John and Sharon Harty, of Ormond Beach, for $400,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 2,402 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $280,000.

Ormond Beach

Mary Armour sold 1223 Parkside Drive to Robert Shannon and Jaimi Jackson, of Ormond Beach, for $248,500. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,692 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $194,000.

MHG Property Group Inc., of Port Orange, sold 1711 Carolina Ave. to Gregory Cudney, of Ormond Beach, for $163,815. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,310 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $98,000.

Geoffrey Whitson, of Ormond Beach, sold 913 Cordova Ave. to Madelyn and George Telesh, of Daytona Beach, for $158,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,301 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $51,400.

Cindy Neary, of Lakewood, Washington, sold 1709 Carolina Ave. to Michael Porter, of Ormond Beach, for $143,000. Built in 1975, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,015 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $77,000.

Halifax Plantation

Carolyn Appio, of Ormond Beach, sold 3023 Glin Circle to Henry and Eileen Staton, of Ormond Beach, for $208,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $201,900.

Hunter’s Ridge

Ryan and Jennifer Kremer, of Titusville, sold 49 Herringbone Way to Samuel and Kelly Malone, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,290 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $335,000.

Rebecca Mangali, Omar McFerren and Beverly Stephenson, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Abacus Ave. to Christopher and Catherine Harder, of Ormond Beach, for $307,500. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $230,500.

George Hargabus, individually and as trustee, sold 40 Hunt Master Court to Lisa Shaw, of Ormond Beach, for $237,500. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $160,000.

Plantation Bay

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 921 Woodstream Lane to Carol Sommerer, of Ormond Beach, for $235,475. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,714 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $164,000.

The Trails

Donna Soldmann-Marsh, as trustee, sold 57 River Ridge Trail to Andy and Zandra Dattel, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,751 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $380,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Allen and Jocelyn Ludington, of Holly Hill, sold 1536 John Anderson Drive to Warren Ziebarth and Leslie Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $340,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, five baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, separate apartment and 2,058 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $330,000.

Allen and Linda Pope, of Moore Haven, sold 1513 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 10, to Omid Mokri, of Wichita Falls, Texas, for $300,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,218 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $226,000.

Maeve Mains sold 1133 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 902, to Mary Hoti, of Temple, Texas, for $295,000. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1974 for $48,500.

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC sold 16 Tarpon Ave. to Charles and Wetona Christian, of Ormond Beach, for $259,900. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,407 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $56,000.
