The Ormond Beach Police Department is seeking a man who stole a cash drawer at about 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 21, from the CVS Pharmacy at 250 E. Granada Blvd.
OBPD reported that the robbery occurred shortly after the suspect, described as a white male with a thin mustache and beard, made a
purchase at the counter. When the clerk opened the register, the man grabbed the cash drawer, struggling with the clerk before he was able to steal it and flee the store. Police believe the man, who was dressed in all black, ran southwest behind the CVS.
It is unknown how much money was in the cash drawer at this time.
