A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 21-27 in the Multiple Listing Service. Billy Owen Jr. and Laura Pancoast, of Birmingham, Alabama, sold 3212 John Anderson Drive to Gary Bowie, as trustee, for $1,085,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 3,593 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $825,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.
Ormond Beach
William and Linda Trethewey, of Fort Lauderdale, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 203, to Melinda Bak, of Ormond Beach, for $368,000. Built in 1971, the condo has 1,065 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $380,000.
Alyssa Henry, of Ormond Beach, sold 431 John Anderson Drive to Ryan Ridder and Jennifer Calnan, of Ormond Beach, for $322,500. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 1,970 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $115,000.
Sky SJ LLC sold 135 Hernandez Ave. to Charles and Victoria Schlegel, and Alma Schlegel, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,708 square feet.
Jeremy and Heather Hunt, of Celebration, sold 66 Chrysanthemum Drive to Matthew and Crystal Mehalko, of Ormond Beach, for $285,000. Built in 2008, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,103 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $220,000.
D.R. Horton Inc. Jacksonville sold 294 Sandoval Drive to Kevin and Ashley Burd, of Ormond Beach, for $269,490. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.
Vernon and Grace Graham sold 475 Cedar St. to William and Melinda Terry, of Jacksonville, for $238,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,655 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $120,000.
Linda Pingrey and Piper Wiles, individually and as trustees, sold 561 Woodgrove St. to Tracy Pharris, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,515 square feet.
James and Sylvia Ashburn, individually and as trustees, sold 119 Kent Drive to Gina Bonner, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,484 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $90,000.
Michael O’Neal, of Daytona Beach, sold 140 Cardinal Drive, Unit A, to Jeffrey and Allison Dowell, of Apopka, for $157,500. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $119,500.
Richard Frenette and Stacy Hugman, of Ontario, sold 695 Flamingo Drive, Unit B, to Sohail Khan, of Sewall, New Jersey, for $155,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/1 and has 675 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $42,250.
