Million-dollar home sells in Plantation Bay

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Sept. 20-26 in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony and Parniya Whitehead sold 1342 Redbourne Lane to Ryan Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $1.1 million. Built in 2006, the house is a 4/5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 4,771 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $1.7 million. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Leonard and Helaine Indianer, individually and as trustees, sold 596 Riverside Drive to Andrzej Dmowski, of Ormond Beach, for $938,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 3,214 square feet.

Harry and Deanna Newkirk, of Ormond Beach, sold 146 Creek Forest Lane to Jack and Sandra Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $672,777. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/3 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 3,110 square feet.

Bradley Donovan, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 204, to Daniel Levasseur, of Litchfield, New Hampshire, for $277,000. Built in 1974, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,131 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $139,000.

Jason and Charlene Dowell, of Ormond Beach, sold 241 Greenbriar Ave. to Justin Duhaime, of Ormond Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,732 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $220,000.

U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, sold 89 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit K010, to Bjoern and Tracy Priske, of Lake Worth, for $249,900. Built in 1979, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $185,500.

David Pecoraro, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Trina St. to Johanna Pecoraro, of Ormond Beach, for $205,000. Built in 1986, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $149,000.

Kimberly Desoto, of St. Petersburg, sold 1328 Fairway Ave. to Rosaly Belza, of Ormond Beach, for $175,900. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 1982 for $46,100.

Eleanor Frye, of Berea, Kentucky, sold 18 Butternut Circle to Maria Candell and Emilio Bonilla-Correa, of Ormond Beach, for $170,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,551 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $68,900.

Houshang and Firouzeh Tavakon, of Silver Spring, Maryland, sold 12 Glen Arbor Park to Dale Janovsky, of Ormond Beach, for $142,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,280 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $62,000.

Susan Behnke, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 49 Winding Creek Way to Enercida Mena, Juana Mena and Maria Mena, of Ormond Beach, for $338,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace and 3,305 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $183,000.

Halifax Plantation

Mark and Mary Stephens, of Green Valley, Arizona, sold 3231 Tralee Drive to Sue Strasser, of Ormond Beach, for $288,000. Built in 2015, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,900 square feet.

Pine Trails

Tommy and Marlene Stephenson sold 8 Palmetto Dunes Court to Armando and Jayme Perez, of Crestwood, Kentucky, for $309,500. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,890 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $190,000.

Plantation Bay

Ayaan Residential Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 908 Woodstream Way to Sarah and Nathaniel Bendorf, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1997, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $212,000.

The Trails

David and Lori Loconte, of Acworth, Georgia, sold 246 Timberline Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1980, the townhome is a 2/2 and has 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $89,500.

Tomoka Estates

Duane and Deborah Outlaw, of Beverly Hills, Florida, sold 334 Lowndes Ave. to Brian and Carmen Scherer, and Natasha and Eddie White, for $237,500. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,516 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $187,000.

Jacqueline Pereksta, of Oak Ridge, New Jersey, sold 141 Deer Lake Circle to Terri Miller, of Ormond Beach, for $245,000. Built in 1985, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,420 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $225,000.

Gina Sweringen, of Ormond Beach, sold 127 Sanchez Ave. to John Pelszynski, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,619 square feet.

Robert and Erin Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 237 W. Lindenwood Circle to Raymond Koren, of Manteo, North Carolina, for $247,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,858 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $129,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Alexander Strautmann and Eden Neumann, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Morning Star Ave. to Patricia Ferebee, of Ormond Beach, for $335,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,457 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $80,000.

AAB Properties LLC, of Orlando, sold 48 Plaza Drive to Bradley Pinker and Jessica Kaat, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,009 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $198,000.

Juana Daree and Javier Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, sold 26 Seaside Drive to Nan Weaver, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 2/1 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $122,100.

Michael Byrne sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3050, to Joseph and Robin Waldron, of Versailles, Kentucky, for $217,000. Built in 1990, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $179,000.
