Local culture, food and entertainment were found up and down East Granada Boulevard Friday night.

The 25th-annual Starry, Starry Night art walk featured various art forms at The Casements, the Ormond Memorial Art Museum and the Ormond Beach Historical Society. Siobhan Daly, cultural coordinator for The Casements, said there were about 400 people who attended.

“We opened our doors at 5 p.m.,” Daly said. “And we ran out of wine at 6:15 p.m.”

Aside from the local and national art, the event included musical entertainment from Opis 5 and Dan Gribbin. The museum served refreshments as visitors viewed the exhibit "Dandelions and Flying Pigs, a Look at Sustainability'' by Maria Lupo and Jimmy Fike. Firefox displayed their paintings at The Casements.

Ormond MainStreet's Ormond Beach Arts District provided vendors.

“We like to think it is the first cultural event of the season,” Daly said. “We also want our residents to know that we are rich in history and culture in Ormond Beach. You don’t have to go somewhere else to get that. It is right here in your backyard.”
