Moss Point home sells for $750,000

A pool home in the Moss Point subdivision topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Dec. 7-14, in Ormond Beach. Richard and Loretta Martin, of St. Petersburg, sold 10 Moss Point Drive to John and Cheryl Dietz, of Ormond Beach, for $750,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a heated in-ground swimming pool and spa, a greenhouse and 4,405 square feet of living area. It sold in 1997 for $68,000.

ORMOND BEACH

James and Patricia Von Diemar, or Ormond Beach, sold 166 Ormwood Drive to Christopher Murphy, of Bronx, N.Y., for $260,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 2,054 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $250,000.

Russell and Deanna Schaeffer sold 1114 Northside Drive to Ellis Wildoner, of Ormond Beach, for $146,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,560 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $93,000.

Bernard and Patricia Kitchens, of Volusia County, sold 10 Brooke Station to Rodolfo Castro, of Ormond Beach, for $119,800. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,498 square feet of living area. It sold in 1996 for $85,000.

Breakaway Trails

Marie Donahue, of Ormond Beach, sold 34 Shadow Creek to David Chick, of Ormond Beach, for $263,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool and 2,497 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $44,900.

Coquina Point

Federal National Mortgage Association sold 8 Sandpoint Circle to Ralph and Brenda Williams for $194,000. Built in 1996, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 2,260 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $175,000.

Hunters Ridge

Marilyn Latin, on behalf of the Latin Family Trust, sold 7 Canterbury Woods to Brian and Jamie Brown for $205,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,526 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $41,000.

Ormond Beach Manors

Stuart and Bari Amols, and Charles and Sharon Matlin, of Volusia County, sold 126 Essex Drive to Maria Janet Valasquez Thomas, of Daytona Beach, for $55,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,044 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $97,000.

Plantation Bay

David Jaworski, of Palm Coast, sold 1265 Sunningdale Lane to Ruthann Auditori, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool and 2,090 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $203,865.

Tomoka Estates

Richard Cooper, of Ormond Beach, sold 1089 George Anderson St. to Gared and Harold Cottle, of Ormond Beach, for $108,900. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,749 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $134,000.

Tomoka Meadows

Robin Jean Heiter, of Ormond Beach, sold 112 Tomoka Meadows Blvd. to Florida Limited Liability Company, of Ormond Beach, for $51,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 738 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $44,500.

Tomoka Oaks

Chrisann and Ronald Joson, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Tomoka Oaks Blvd. to Rita and Michael Roberts for $165,000. Built in 1964, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace, a wooden deck and 2,464 square feet of living area.
