A house in Verona Oceanside was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Dec. 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. MHK of Volusia County Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 55 Marden Drive to Leroy Stotelmyer, of Ormond Beach, for $541,852. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,830 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Teresa Monell sold 42 Sandcastle Drive to Jeffery and Crystal Strcula, of Ormond Beach, for $535,000. Built in 1975, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,059 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $345,000.

Gregory and Elsie Harris, of Port Orange, sold 56 Coquina Point Drive to Angela Schooley, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1998, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,241 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $235,000.

Todd Brase and Amber Skelnik, of Hampshire, Illinois, sold 855 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 240, to Daniel Todaro, of Mason, Ohio, for $310,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,020 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $195,000.

Deborah Williams, of Watkinsville, Georgia, sold 125 Dianne Drive to Debra Rodgers, of Ormond Beach, for $305,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,597 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $261,000.

Benjamin and Kaitlin Gordon, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Bluebird Lane to Sarai Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $293,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,739 square feet.

Dori Vardy, Aiden Vardy and Jodi and Robert Capanelli, as guardians, sold 149 River Beach Drive to Janine and Joseph Bielinski, of Smallwood, New York, for $259,900. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,412 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $240,000.

Pepper Land Co. Inc., of Tallahassee, and Borganes and Brekka Ltd. sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 3110, to Kathryn McCallum, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 2,230 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $190,000.

John Pelszynski, of Ormond Beach, sold 109 Luna Circle to Eric Simpson and Lauren Anderson, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,140 square feet.

Jared and Shannon Opalka, of Ormond Beach, sold 697 Cordova Ave. to Matthew Pedrotti, of Ormond Beach, for $191,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/1 and has a fireplace and 720 square feet.

Mary Jo Panchisin and Joann Panchisin, of Knoxville, Tennessee, sold 367 Collins St. to Malek Zaza, of Ormond Beach, and Shane Dougherty, of Ormond Beach, for $182,500. Built in 1972, the house is a 3/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,384 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $81,300.

Roger and Jane Hardy, of Londonderry, New Hampshire, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 104, to Robert and Susan Banker, of Strasburg, Ohio, for $165,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,184 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $89,900.

Frank and Carmen Zambrana sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 3070, to Tim and Denine Heyrend, of Highland, Utah, for $88,900. Built in 1987, the condotel unit is a 1/1 and has 297 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $37,600.

Michael and Bridget Camizzi, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Circle Creek Way to Brian and Penny Gottlieb, of Ormond Beach, for $390,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,055 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $245,000.

Gregory Perpetua, individually and as trustee, sold 42 Circle Creek Way to Ahmed Eltemtamy and Ola Omar, ad Doaa Eltemtamy, of Ormond Beach, for $309,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/2 and has 2019 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $174,000.

Lang Sun and Dazhong Li, of Orlando, sold 112 Black Hickory Way to Ronald and Sally Green, of Ormond Beach for $300,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,931 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Daytona Pines

Jennifer and Marco Sanseverino, as guardians, sold 1106 Avenue J to Ron Hanshaw for $15,000. Built in 1989, the manufactured home is a 2/1.5 and has 784 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $19,000.

Halifax Plantation

David Pizzo Sr. and Niki Steenhoek, of Ormond Beach, sold 1401 Kinnard Circle to George and Lisa Wallace, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2006, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,442 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $325,000.

Richard Preston and Judith McMaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 3113 Bailey Ann Drive to Joyce Northridge, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,695 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $234,200.

Hunter’s Ridge

June and Robert Popelar, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Cambridge Trace to Richard and Samantha Creager, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 2000, the house is a 4/3.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,806 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $310,000.

PIneland

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 114 Sunset Point Drive to Dayton Freund and Lea Freund, of Ormond Beach, for $278,990. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/2 and has 1,828 square feet.

Rio Vista

Gene McMahon, of Daytona Beach, and Rose McMahon, of Ormond Beach, sold 36 Plaza Grande Ave. to Declon Vanparys and Lourdes Santos, of West Babylon, New York, for $360,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 3/3 and has a fireplace and 3,483 square feet.

The Trails

Erik and Alexandra Rasky, of Ormond Beach, sold 8 Rocky Ridge Trail to Hollandia Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 1990, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,456 square feet.

Tymber Creek

Ronald Franks, of Ormond Beach, sold 97 Hollow Branch Crossing to Colin Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 4/2.5 and has two fireplaces and 2,721 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $174,500.
