A house in Breakaway Trails was the top real estate sales transaction for the week of July 19-25 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Breakaway Trails Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 35 River Chase Way to Sandi Gentry, of Ormond Beach, for $687,650. Built in 2015, the house has a home theater, three-car garage, four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,969 square feet. No other sales were listed.

Ormond Beach

Raman and Leela Murthy, of Lewisville, Texas, sold 945 Margarita Court to Judith Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $291,500. Built in 1988, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,313 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $225,000.

Herbert Veach, , Scott Hoffman, Diane King and Sharon White, of Lake Wales, sold 228 Wedgewood Circle to Brian and Lawrence McGarrigle, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1970, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,169 square feet. It sold in 1972 for $45,000.

Lloyd Limited, a partnership, sold 11 Greenvale Drive to James Roesner, of Port Orange, for $215,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,816 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $148,000.

Michael and Suzanne Jacobs, of Daytona Beach, sold 537 Sandy Oaks Blvd. to Minh Kha and Kyle R. Blake, of Ormond Beach, for $161,500. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,844 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $125,000.

Genevieve Davis, of Daytona Beach, sold 90 Brookwood Drive to Paul and Ginger Cordiero, and Paul Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,521 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $51,600.

Secretary of Veterans Affairs, of Washington, D.C., sold 1958 Carolina Ave. to Stephen Klein, of Holly Hill, for $90,000. Built in 1975, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $136,000.

Leslie and Colleen Musgrove, of Ontario, sold 729 Flamingo Drive, Unit C, to Paul Vaast, of Ormond Beach, for $72,200. Built in 1947, the villa has one bedroom, one bath and 504 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $47,900.

Breakaway Trails

Charles and Karen Hechtman, of Volusia County, sold 19 Little Tomoka Way to Jeffrey Duncan and Patricia Esquivel, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 2005, the house has five bedrooms, six baths, a swimming pool and 3,798 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $490,000.

Coquina Point

Donald and Linda Rivers, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 China Moon Drive to Kimberly and Justin Hyatt, of Ormond Beach, for $223,000. Built in 1004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $242,000.

Creekside

Jeffrey and Falynn Laurita, of Fairmont, West Virginia, sold 121 Creek Forest Lane to Anthony and Janyce Van Grouw, of Wyoming, Michigan, for $370,000. Built in 2011, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,706 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $360,000.

Halifax Plantation

Emile and Barbara Thibault, of West Palm Beach, sold 3514 Middlemore Lane to John and Jacqueline Conroy, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $130,000.

Maria Monahan, of Ormond Beach, sold 1158 Athlone Way to Stephen and Kathleen Stephensen, of Forked River, New Jersey, for $169,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,627 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $160,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Conward Johnson, of Fancy Gap, Virginia, sold 50 Westland Run to Betsy Levin, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,839 square feet. No other qualified sales were listed.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1116 Kilkenny Lane to Charles Lamb, of Clarence, New York, for $222,615. Built in 2015, the townhome has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,562 square feet. No other sales were listed.
