A home on a golf course was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 20-26 in the Multiple Listing Service. Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1029 Sudbury Lane to Dilip Arcot and Shrimani Reddy, of Ormond Beach, for $1,740,885. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/4/2 and has 6,196 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Kathy Durrance, and Ashley and Jesse Chitwood, of Ormond Beach, sold 1591 Harmony Ave. to Heather and Derek Thomson, of Ormond Beach, for $445,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,736 square feet.
Rita Gibson, of Daytona Beach Shores, sold 553 N. Halifax Drive to Raymond and Jacqueline Cook, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,697 square feet.
Douglas Atchison, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 Pine Creek Court to Milton Thompson Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1984, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $400,000.
Adrian Gephart, Lauren Nikirk, and Greg Dehnke, of Daytona Beach, sold 466 Cedar St. to Timothy Ladd, of Ormond Beach, for $374,900. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/1.5 and has 1,389 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $247,000.
