A riverfront pool home in Oak Forest topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 26 to Oct. 3. Bryan Shaffer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1415 Oak Forest Drive to Dany Obeid, of Daytona Beach, for $499,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,663 square feet of living area. It sold in July for $400,000.

Emily Backenstose and Dennis Siewert, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Broadwater Drive to Rolf and Denise Matter, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace and 3,820 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $540,000.
Dennis Dearborn, of Ormond Beach, sold 2415 Durrance Lane to Nathanial and Katherine Malensek, of Ormond Beach, for $254,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,623 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $50,000.
Christopher and Megan Reilly, of Ormond Beach, sold 10 King Edward to Nicholas Kostoula, of Derwood, Md., for $187,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,225 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $164,900.
Henry and Diane Arnold, of Cleves, Ohio, sold 134 Ormond Parkway to Rodolfo and Linda Torres, of Ormond Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,664 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $127,000.
Mark and Charlene Routzahn, of South Charleston, Ohio, sold 45 Seacrest Drive to John and Sylvia Lorinc, of The Villages, for $122,500. Built in 1961, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,214 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $80,000.
George Nour, of Daytona Beach, sold 1871 Myrtle Jo Drive to Virgil Rawlins, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1965, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,008 square feet of living area. It sold in February for $31,000.
Helen and Peter Stranis, of Palm Coast, sold 250 Orange Grove Drive No. 2 to Derek and Michelle West, of Flagler Beach, for $69,000. Built in 1988, the house has two bedrooms, three bathrooms and 1,262 square feet of living area. It sold in 1998 for $54,500.
Madelline Miller, of Volusia County, sold 708 Garden Lane to John Waters, of Woodruff, S.C., for $68,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,075 square feet of living area. It sold in 1979 for $34,000.
Trent and Jessica Trias, of Ocala, sold 324 W. Park Place to Katerine Green, of Ormond Beach, for $53,200. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and 994 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $145,000.

George and Darrah Marcinko, of New Milford, Conn., sold 224 Arlington Way to Michael and Rebecca Strauss, of Ocoee, for $120,000. Built in 1948, the house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,496 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $68,500.

Robert and Anne Brockley, of Ormond Beach, sold 3039 Glin Circle to Donald and Irene Reuther, of Sewell, N.J., for $148,000. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,648 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $148,000.

Geneva Kessinger, of Ormond Beach, sold 1525 Poplar Drive to Harold Lambert, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,693 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $44,000.
Ormond Lakes
Michael and Marilyn Maloney, of Dearfield Beach, sold 69 Timucuan Drive to Bobby and Claudine Conn, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,709 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $198,300.

Bri Realty Corp., of Rhode Island, sold 177 Ocean Terrace to James and Eileen Muench, of Louisville, Ky., for $159,900. Built in 1961 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,616 square feet of living area.
