New face will be familiar to many in business community because of Chamber of Commerce experience.
Charlene Girard, former sales manager at the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center, recently started at the Ormond Beach Observer as Classified and Business Directory representative.
Girard started at Disney World in Orlando, and her 29-year career in hospitality included working as director of catering at the Radisson in Sacramento
Girard has been active in the Ormond Beach Chamber of Commerce for several years, volunteering on various committees and helping with events.
