Frank Lipinski, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Avalon Drive to Kimberley Gulakowski, of Ormond Beach, for $725,000. Built in 2014, the house is a 4/3 and has 3,046 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $108,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

James and Stephanie Friedman, of Ormond Beach, sold 209 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Sara and Jefferson Nolin, of Auburn, Alabama, for $465,001. Built in 1962, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,928 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $265,000.

Gregory and Chelsea Schlaffer, of Ormond Beach, sold 58 W. Ocean Terrace to Karl and Katelyn Kuczmera, of Ormond Beach, for $435,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,714 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $192,000.

Terri Wilkinson sold 4 Riverdale Ave. to Sheila Fox, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,186 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $166,000.

Bradley Danyluk, of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, sold 345 Putnam Ave. to Yadira Ortega, of Carrabelle, for $320,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/3 and has 1,796 square feet.
