An oceanfront home off State Road A1A topped the sales list for Ormond Beach residential real estate transactions the week of Sept. 4-11. Margaret Digaetano, of Daytona Beach, sold 285 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Timothy and Cheryl Tytle, of Oklahoma City, for $1.7 million. Built in 1938, the oceanfront house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, one fireplace, a second story and 5,400 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2003 for $1.38 million.
ORMOND BEACH
Terry and Chris Livingston, of Volusia County, sold 243 John Anderson Drive to Robert Clemens, of Ormond Beach, for $649,000. Built in 1980, the house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, one fireplace, a pool, a second story and 4,496 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2004 for $530,000.
Jeffrey and Debbie Vanacore, of Boone, N.C., sold 459 John Anderson Drive to Roy and Patrice Stoves, of Ormond Beach, for $238,000. Built in 1987, the house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a fireplace, a second story and 4,504 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2004 for $854,000.
Forest Hills
Jacobson Contracting Inc., of DeLand, sold 305 Thackery Road to Sonia Robey, of Ormond Beach, for $82,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,266 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2003 for 99,100.
Hunters Ridge
Annette and Paul LaFiosca, of Volusia County, sold 19 Dormer Drive to Wayne and Marissa Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $213,650. Built in 2008, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,733 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2008 for $271,646.
Ormond Lakes
Nana Somboonkulavudi, of New Smyrna, sold 30 Rocky Bluff Drive to Muzaffer Alkan Murphy, of Daytona Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool and 2,768 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2006 for $650,000.
Derek and Catherine Toms, of Ormond Beach, sold 27 Wild Cat Lane to James and Ann Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 1,643 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2005 for $278,000.
The U.S. Bank Trust, of New York City, sold 27 Blockhouse Court to Joseph and Eva Nucci, of Ormond Beach, for $165,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,947 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2003 for $185,701.
Ormond Terrace
Jeanne Nonnenmacher, on behalf of the Kathleen Virginia Nonnenmacher Trust, sold 272 Putnam Ave. to Albert Jenkins, of Ormond Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1964 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,296 square feet.
Sandy Lake
Darlene Hielscher, of Ormond Beach, sold Michael Clinton Kraski, of Ormond Beach, 8 Sandy Lake Circle for $105,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,395 square feet of living area. The land sold in 1998 for $95,000.
Spring Meadows
Reoco Inc., of Fort Worth, Texas, sold 55 Spring Meadows Drive to Dennis and Sandra Wood, of Rush City, Minn., for $169,000. Built in 2000 by the seller, the house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fireplace and 2,206 square feet.
ORMOND BY THE SEA
Maranda Hunter, of Ormond Beach, sold 35 Sunny Beach Drive to Kathy and Richard Wilkes, of DeLand, for $175,000. Built in 1969 by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,934 square feet of living area.
Ronald and Vicki Dalton, of Orlando, on behalf of the Dalton Family Trust, sold 133 Longwood Drive to Jessica Hillman, of Ormond Beach, for $141,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and 826 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2009 for $114,000.
Elaine Long, of Dacatur, Ga., sold 10 San Jose Drive to Alvin and Janice Sosa, of Orlando, for $70,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 868 square feet of living area. The land sold in 2000 for $65,000.
