Ocean Shore home sells for $1.5 million

An oceanfront home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 28 to Nov. 4. Humleker Ormond Beach LLC, of Waukesh, Wisc., sold 527 Ocean Shore Blvd. to Otakar Quadrat, of Ormond Beach, for $1.5 million. Built in 1981 by the seller, the house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a wooden deck, a fireplace, three patios and 4,162 square feet of living area.

ORMOND BEACH

Heaster Family Limited Partnership, of Ormond Beach, sold 112 River Lane to Deborah Weller, of Ormond Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,578 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $355,000.

Dorothy Demeter, of Ormond Beach, sold 1105 Wandering Oaks to Russell and Christina Tyrrell, of Ormond Beach, for $144,900. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,616 square feet of living area. It sold in 1982 for $65,000.

Allard and Beverly Dheur, of McEwen, Tenn., sold 1815 W. Linda Ave. to Sally Hall, of Ormond Beach, for $58,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a wooden deck and 1,119 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $72,500.

Breakaway Trails

Carmen Callea, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Creek Bluff to Cynthia Dahl, of San Diego, Calif., for $185,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,000 square feet of living area.

Chelsea Place

Friends Bank, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 481 Chelsea Place Ave. to Margaret Digaetano, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two stories and 2,624 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $566,561.

Cherokee Trails

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, of Pittsburgh, Pa., sold 1 Cherokee Trail to Linda and Kelly Sicotakis, of Ormond Beach, for $68,000. Built in 1979, the house has two beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,265 square feet. It sold in July for $157,800.

Daytona Shores

William and Mary Scott, of Stone Mountain, Ga., sold 43 Sanchez Ave. to Carl and Cheryl Leo, of Rippley, Tenn., for $136,500. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,653 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $71,000.

Ellinor Village

Joseph and Debra Sanfilippo, of Ormond Beach, sold 431 Riverside Drive to Roland Schneider, of Ormond Beach, for $105,000. Built in 1949, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,516 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $22,500.

Fire Trail

Everett and Lucille Manley, of Ormond Beach, sold 918 N. Halifax Drive to Richard and Kelly Chanfrau, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,150 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Halifax Plantation

Olga Palant, of Cresskill, N.J., sold 1483 Ineri Court to Shelagh Reczynska, of Ormond Beach, for $395,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an in-ground pool and 3,644 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $76,000.

Plantation Pines

William and Marieah Hilbrant, of Daytona Beach, sold 425 Pine Woods Road to Rosemary Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $155,000. Built in 1986, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wooden deck and 2,192 square feet of living area. It sold in 1986 for $10,500.

Seaside Homes

Robyn Stahl, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Seaview Drive to Charles and Brenda Carr, of Goodlettsville, Tenn., for $100,000. Built in 1964, the house has three beds, two baths and 871 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $125,000.

The Trails

Lawrence and Cathy Long, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 Eclipse Trail to Stanley and Stephanie Greguski, of Lindenhurst, N.Y., for $147,500. Built in 1980, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,628 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $148,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Thomas Burns, of Fishervill, Ky., sold 55 Beechwood Drive to Joan Bruno, of Ormond Beach, for $118,500. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bathroom and 1,207 square feet of living area. It sold in 1991 for $69,900.
