Oceanfront condo tops the sales list in Ormond Beach

A condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Raul Lopez, of Duluth, Georgia, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd, Unit 602, to Daryl and Patricia Harris, of Ormond Beach, for $810,000. Built in 2006, the condo is a 3/3 and has 2,515 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Michael and Patricia Stovall, of Perry, Georgia, sold 1 China Moon Drive to Joseph and Rita Schaar, of Ormond Beach, for $380,600. Built in 1991, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,346 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $282,500.

Robert Teuchtler Jr., individually and as trustee, sold 50 Caladium Drive to Michael Cloutier and Patricia Myers, of Ormond Beach, for $369,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,603 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $155,000.

Patricia Perea, of Ormond Beach, sold 62 Pleasant Drive to Juan Montes, of Savannah, Georgia, for $292,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,458 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $135,000.

Emily Carole, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Cypress View Trail to Gina Kalis, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,708 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $154,900.

Alexander McAdam and Evelyn McAdam, of Annandale, Virginia, sold 10 Chippingwood Lane to Amy Shirley, of Ormond Beach, for $231,500. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2.5 and has 1,386 square feet.

Paul and Sally Cantrell, of McMinnville, Tennessee, sold 453 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 2090, to Steven and Doreen Frich, of Stacy, Minnesota, for $94,000. Built in 1987, the condotel has 379 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $84,000.

David Julian, of Ormond Beach, sold 19 Carriage Creek Way to William McDowell, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1991, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,164 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $261,500.

Timothy and Diane Alter, of Barre, Ohio, and William and Eugenia Rehrmann, of Ormond Beach, sold 22 Carriage Creek Way to Karen Lawrence and Shon MacDughlas, of Ormond Beach, for $370,500. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,922 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $150,000.

Shancerrae Jordan-Clark and Jessie Clark, of Daytona Beach, sold 20 Queen Anne Court to CK Realty Holding LLC, of Windermere, for $385,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 4/2.5 and has 2,141 square feet.

Pankil Parikh and Seema Patel, of Denton, Texas, sold 17 Abacus Ave. to James and Lori Luton, of Ormond Beach, for $384,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $255,000.

Christopher and Catherine Harder, of Champaign, Illinois, sold 7 Abacus Ave. to William and Michelle Grindle, of Ormond Beach, for $380,500. Built in 2013, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,682 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $307,500.

Joseph and Bibi Daprile, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Meadow Ridge View to Preston Combs, of Ormond Beach, for $287,000. Built in 1995, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,863 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $127,000.

Carol Barnes, James Barnes, Lorie Schlomann and John Cunningham sold 135 Horseshoe Trail to Michelle Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $259,000. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 1,795 square feet.

Harriet Blum, of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Sand Dollar Drive to Anita Logosso and Susan Agnew, of Ormond Beach, for $405,000. Built in 1988, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,649 square feet.

Constance Nevins and Our Home Church and Ministries Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 40 Seabreeze Drive to David and Vicky Farber, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 4/1 and has 1,281 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $195,000.

Michael and Jean Conway, of Holden, Massachusetts, sold 2700 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 515, to Edward and Debra Lewis, of Pittsburgh, $260,000. Built in 1986, the condo is a 2/2 and has 925 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $197,500.
