Scott and Karen Singler, individually and as trustees, sold 143 S. Atlantic Ave. to Robert Peurifoy, of Springfield, Missouri, for $1,250,000. Built in 1943, the oceanfront house has a guest house, three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,526 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $450,000.
Charles Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 159 Ann Rustin Drive to Mary Harney, of Ormond Beach, for $333,000. Built in 1967, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,103 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $222,000.
Elaine French, of Tampa, sold 600 Scott Drive to Jason Krakowiak and Jyl Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $284,000. Built in 1978, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,561 square feet. It sold in 1981 for $127,500.
