Oceanview condo sells for $585,000

An oceanfront condo topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of July 28 to Aug. 3, in Ormond Beach. Harold and Barbaree Heaster, of Ormond Beach, sold 1075 Ocean Shore Blvd., 702, to Phillip and Mary Fox, of Arlington, Va., for $585,000. Built in 2002, the penthouse condominium has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and 2,243 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $349,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Shelley Intilhar, of Flagler Beach, sold 18 Domicillio Ave. to Cui Xia Zhu, of Holly Hill, for $175,000. Built in 1974, the house has four beds, two baths, a wooden deck and 2920 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $123,000.

William Thompson Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 210 Seminole Ave. to Eloise and Gerald Sheltens, of Ormond Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1962, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,326 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $21,900.

Ralph Vaughn, of Volusia County, sold 1329 Fairway Ave. to Frank Kovace, of Ormond Beach, for $71,6000. Built in 1978, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,113 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $44,000.

Marlene Wimble, of Ormond Beach, sold 18 Deep Woods Way to Robert and Charlotte Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 2001, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,596 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $375,000.

Maria Helmick, on behalf of The 25 Winding Creek Way Ormond Beach 32174 Land Trust, of Port Orange, sold 25 Winding Creek Way to Timothy and Janell Verkaden, of Ormond Beach, for $294,000. Built in 1989, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,801 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $255,000.

Henry Sterling, on behalf of the Anthony P. Zampanti Revocable Trust, of Port Orange, sold 2 Foxbrow Look to Donald Hansher, of Ormond Beach, for $229,000. Built in 1998, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,083 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $262,500.

Ormond Lakes

George and Carol Deborde, of Kennesaw, Ga., sold 28 Blockhouse Court to Robert and Stephanie Olin, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1999, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,156 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $182,420.

Plantation Bay

Rose Mullick, of Ormond Beach, sold 1381 Sunningdale Lane to Kim Schmidt, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 2001, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,930 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $185,920.

Plantation Pines

Tracy Suter, of Arnold, Md., sold 180 Conifer Lane to Carl and Susan Harrell, of Daytona Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1989, the house has three beds, three baths, a fireplace and 1,512 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $114,862.

Tomoka Oaks

John Anthony and Karen Britt, on behalf of the Estate of Sandra J. Ballard, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Pine Valley Circle to Christos and Elizabeth Georgiou, of Ormond Beach, for $175,000. Built in 1974, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,086 square feet. It sold in 1980 for $75,250.

Richard and Kay Heidecker, of Ormond Beach, sold 1051 Ocean Shore Blvd., 1201, to Daniel and Lauren Hoven, on behalf of the Lauren Hoven Trust, of Cincinnati, Ohio, for $365,000. Built in 1982, the oceanfront condo has three beds, three baths and 1,836 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $412,000.

Maria Helmick, on behalf of The 46 Tropical Drive Trust, of Port Orange, sold 46 Tropical Drive to Paul and Shirley Buffone, of Steubenville, Ohio, for $140,057. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath, a pool and 784 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $175,000.

Maria Helmick, on behalf of The 4 Ocean Shore Drive Trust, sold 4 Ocean Shore Drive to James and Deborah Greer, of Ormond Beach, for $124,000. Built in 1954, the house has two beds, one bath and 756 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $53,000.

Tina Parker and William Dunn, of Volusia County, sold 59 Seaside Drive to Robert and Robin Sealander, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 1959, the house has two beds, one bath and 784 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $120,000.

David Cox, of North Grafton, Mass., sold 17 La Palma St. to Kevin and Michelle Clark, of Ormond Beach, for $106,000. Built in 1957, the house has two beds, one bath and 1,100 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $137,000.
