A home backed up to the Tomoka River Basin topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of June 23-29, in Ormond Beach. Carolyn and Jeff Huro, of Volusia County, sold 2189 Old Dixie Highway to Ronald and Suzanne Byrne, and Catherine and Howard Herbert, of Ormond Beach, for $845,000. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a fireplace, an in-ground pool, a boat dock and 4,199 square feet of living area on more than two acres of land. The lot sold in 1999 for $135,000.

Craig Carson, of Great Falls, Mont., sold 831 N. Beach St. to Kashy and Tejal Patel, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1973, the house has five beds, four baths, a fireplace, a three-car garage, an in-ground pool and 5,567 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $435,000.
Rafael Mederos and Joaquin Sierra, of Ormond Beach, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, 319, to Lawrence and Carol Herlihy, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1996, the third-floor condo has three beds, three baths and 2,675 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $320,000.
Andrew and Mharie Radwanski, of Mableton, Ga., sold 952 Village Drive to Robert Renspie Jr., of Daytona Beach, for $122,500. Built in 1973, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,487 square feet. It sold last year for $104,000.
Stephen Dadabo, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Spivey Court to Thomas Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $122,500. Built in 1994, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,328 square feet. The lot sold in 1993 for $20,000.
Kristy Bower, Ormond Beach, sold 11 Arbor Lake Park to Starr Properties LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $54,900. Built in 1985, the house has two beds, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $113,000.
Robert Walsh and William Walsh, of Ormond Beach, sold 23 Arbor Lake Park to Joyce Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $53,000. Built in 1985, the house has two beds, two baths and 931 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $57,000.
The Trails
Layli and Brad Nottingham, of Palmer, Alaska, sold 190 Deer Lake Circle to Pamela Olson, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1985, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,670 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $233,000.

Frank Puzziferro and Nacy Arnold, of Ormond Beach, sold 2919 Anchor Drive to John and Ruth Dennin, of Las Vegas, for $180,000. Built in 1972, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,805 square feet. The lot sold in 1972 for $38,500.
